I see all the sparkly things (348) have finally gone from "Available". There was a brief period a couple of weeks ago when all the Diamonds had sold; then another £100k or something appeared.

I have pretty much the whole history of what appeared to be available if anyone is interested. Looks like #250 Project B* the £2m loan is going to go the same way at last. (i.e. it'll go to zero tomorrow and then probably reappear). Only one > 8% loan available soon and no more in the near-term pipeline that'll stick around.

Not a fan of #250 - have a look at a performance of the shares of T*******K in recent months. Quite like diamonds though - and definitely like 11.5%

Update on 372
The borrower has employed a new architect who thinks they can squeeze 24 dwellings into the space previously allocated for 12. As a consequence planning approval isn't expected anytime soon.

#266 Looks like another successful recovery on this one. Funds to fully redeem it received late yesterday and will be distributed to lenders asap today. Well done AC edit more importantly #45 has been refinanced and repayment is imminent. Better alert the pig

210 - request by the borrower to release some of the security.
Are lenders getting anything in return?

At least I'm getting my £100 out of #45. Never expected to see that again.

No idea what AC are doing with the Worcester loan. Seem to have paid all the interest except Jan and no principle which is the bit that should be paid first so we can reinvest. If there is a convoluted way of doing something AC always seem to find it. . Meanwhile Essex is about to partially repay and looks likely to repay the rest shortly.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

I checked my owed interest on this loan before it repaid, the amount was £35.xx . When I added up all the interest payments received it was £31.10, but there was £4.xx accrued interest still showing. The £4.xx accrued interest has now been deleted, and is not showing in my statement. I sold out of this loan before it was suspended, so the Jan 17 payment would be irrelevant to my account. I'm keeping a beady eye on Essex.
