I've done updates this week on loan nos. 117 & 123 - both covering the repayment issue that needs chris to look at it. I'm sure he'll get to it in the New Year as he's having a well earned rest. Happy New Year to all!

David I know my investments by name not by number. Can I ask you to take the trouble to type the name alongside the number when you post these alerts (which are in general terms very welome) . Thanks

How about (if I remember) I just put the restricted name of the loan in this thread when I've done some sort of update (whether via email or on the site). Then people can look it up and discuss in the appropriate place.
To that end, drawdown updates for
D****t P*****ty Wo**s P*****ty M******s E*********g
will be up on the website in the next half an hour or so.
I also did a payment update on C* L*****e yesterday - also on the website. That would be great, but could you put the loan numbers instead, or as well?
Grr...

Hi all, the preferred option is to use just the loan number - seems to work well on other boards. This is the e xtract from the Rules: When referring to loans use the Loan ID, or if not available the Loan Title with asterisks masking the borrower's name. (e.g. "J** B***** L**" is acceptable whereas "Jo* Bl*gg* Ltd" is not.)

In any case the new wesite allows you to quickly filter for the loan number: Loan Book - Browse Loans - Filter Results (mid screen right hand side) -fill in Loan Number box and press <Enter> - scroll down to see the loan - click > to see the update. To encourage AC to continue updating this thread, I suggest the loan number is sufficient - I'm sure davidricketts1 will agree !

Surely the loan number is sufficient. In addition to the filtering option, clicking on the heading of the 'Loan #' column will sort the table into numeric order, making it very easy to find a loan by its number.

Just the loan number works for me, for all the reasons given above.

I am used to finding the loan number now as well.

It's not at all difficult to find the loan by number on the platform, but I don't remember my own loan numbers, and it means I have to log in to see if it's one I've got.

Hmm. Well I'm loathe to ask for this to be moved to the private forum so will see if I can think of a happy medium.
In the meantime, I've done updates on the following so far today:
Loan No. 68 C* L****** Loan No. 137 E****g B****e
with updates to follow on
Loan No. 129 I*****h Loan No. 39 W******t
this afternoon.
