I suggest it would be rather nice if a link to updates not previously advised and concerning loans with which one is involved could be included on www.assetzcapital.co.uk/investments/ immediately after logging on. But surely this must have been suggested previously ? ! ? |

But surely this must have been suggested previously ? ! ? I think it has been suggested westcountryfunder but think there are higher IT priorities.
I may ask chris if all updates can be placed on the front page or maybe an icon by the loan saying new update available?

I have removed punctuation from the Lend to Let loans. Loans 143 and 21 have been further obfuscated, but all other loans are just search and replace lower case letters [a-z] with *. Except loan 86 which has had to have the first letter of the 2nd and 3rd word put back. |

isn't the sort of word computerists like. I think perhaps on the browse loans page www.assetzcapital.co.uk/investments/loan-book you could have a new column Latest Update and a date. Get rid of the pence in loan amount and get rid of the word "months" and you might just manage to squeeze it in

According to my spreadsheet we've got all the G59s now for all the WT loans apart from F******h.

I've uploaded G59s to three of the WT loans this morning.
According to my spreadsheet we've got all the G59s now for all the WT loans apart from F******h. The impenetrability of this might please the mods but really!

According to my spreadsheet we've got all the G59s now for all the WT loans apart from F******h. : - In future, could you please specify the loans affected? This would prevent us from having to look at every WT loan to try to determine which ones have had new documents uploaded and which haven't.
- The document uploaded for Loan #121 seems very different from those uploaded for other WT projects. The others I have looked at recently are 4-6 pages whereas that one is a single page and appears to report on only one aspect of the testing required.
- I don't see a G59 for Loan #145. Not that I really would have expected one since that loan drew down less than a month ago. Perhaps it simply hasn't been added to your spreadsheet yet.
- I also do not see a G59 for any of the five WTs that are security for Loan #143. Or, for that matter, any indications whether or not these five projects are progressing as planned.
