Unlikely I’m afraid. They have said the mlia will be later than the packaged accounts. Unfortuantely they have also strongly suggested the packaged accounts rate will drop. So a 6% or similar GBBA will be ‘fed’ by the 7% or similar loans which AC seems to be finding currently. I suspect the time difference is to see whether there is a large uptake in QAA / 30DAA deposits via ISA. It's actually to do with the user interface. The UI changes required to support more than one MLIA whilst setting buy and sell orders is linked to a revamp of our UI that was targeted for Q4 but proved too ambitious as the scope kept expanding. So IFISA launches on the old interface in Q4 with the accounts that easily support it, and the MLIA will join in mid Q1 when the other interface changes go live.

#317 to be repaid in full on the 15th, with 45 months still remaining (although it was always apparent that the loan would be repaid very early). With AC actively advertising the secondary market at the moment, I'm sure they'll be very pleased that £2m is going to be looking for a new home.

I'm not sure if #390 has repaid but I have received a principal and interest repayment and it is no longer appearing in my list of holdings, or on the main list. There has been no email confirmation as yet.

WT loan 93 has repaid. It was a WT I avoided due to the wind level, but all dues to the borrower, they repaid in full. My GEA is one loan less diverse. Bittersweet I guess.

All things considered, that's a good result - when I last looked at this loan, Feb 2017, it was only generating 50% of target - at which point I felt this was too low (my assumption being that this would knock 50% off the valuation) and so I jumped ship.

Yes - I got my repayment and had applied for double the amount in the loan which repaid it - so far nothing received except for £50 in my QAA. It is proving increasingly impossible to run a MLIA - but I guess we have known that for some time as AC inexorably try to push everybody into their "invest and forget accounts" AND these are not working either!

It will take a while for the loan to filter into the MLA GBBA etc. Initial draw-down via the QAA/30Day and then distribution to the other accounts is a 2-step process and sometimes takes a few days or more. I understand there are manual points of intervention require to help it trickle into the system. If there is nothing in a few days it would be worth a message to AC however more often that not it does work ok albeit slowly

happy, you are correct and I should also have realised that is how it works - in the end I got my allocation so it is humble pie for me!

I never cease to be, er, disappointed (for want of a worse word) when I see one of these observations, go to the site, find the loan and find that the interest rate is 0%. What I wanted to know is what it was just before the repayment. I am sure there are more long winded ways to find out but I have already spent longer than it was worth to satisfy my curiosity.
