I have voted option A on the [loan no. 408] loan another borrower dragging there feet. You must have invested incorrectly - this loan is less than your 10+% minimum.

#110 is scheduled to repay on 22 Sep and drew down in 2014 so has pretty much run the full term. The bulk of the outstanding balance has now been remitted and is in the process of being distributed, however there is still a small balance of around £3k outstanding. Not sure why they didn't clear the entire balance, but hopefully won't present a problem. Next update by 17 September.

368 has repaid, another one down and six more to go before Assetz have no choice but to finally close my account.
I have also just requested a withdrawal to my bank account of £0.01, which has been sent to the Assetz Team. Reason given - preferred not to say when in fact I should have put "to effing wind you up if nothing else".

I must admit it was more to make a point rather than a realistic expectation, but I'll confirm if they do actually allow it. Plus I'll keep sending them reminders if nothing happens. I would just also like to ask, if anyone who posts here is invested in any of the following suspended loans would it be possible to PM me any updates? I am denied access as, having less than £0.01 invested in each via the automated GBBA accounts, Mr Law considers me to be a "nosy parker" as opposed to an investor who simply wishes to garner some inkling as to if and when they might be repaid in order that his account can be closed, and finally be rid of the aforementioned Mr Law and his entire operation.
