Did anyone who hadn't received an E-mail the other day on the outcome of their Experian check receive their E-mail today? I contacted Lendy support on Friday and they replied this morning saying that they will send the final KYC emails by close of business today, but as of 5.15PM not received it yet. Still nothing received by me, too. Are you on LAG? See the thread 'KYC/AML Clearances'. However, official word is that 18th Oct is the expected date For RSM/Lendy to have completed all AML. Apparently LAG, but not all lenders have been told that all lenders should have received the email one way or another by today (but it probably won't hurt to wait a couple more days for the 'official' deadline before contacting RSM/Lendy). A bit poor by RSM and LAG to not pass this on to everyone, assuming it's correct, it shouldn't exactly be a secret.

Our account is in my wife's name, but she does not have a current passport or driving licence.
We have a joint building society account and I can provide a copy of a statement from that account.
I can also provide a copy of my driving licence and a council tax bill. I have told Lendy Support this and I am waiting for a reply, but is there anybody else in the same situation who has any information?

I've now sent off my certified documents. Let's see if I pass the next step and how long it will be before I receive notification one way or the other. I will keep you posted.

Hi everyone, I'm currently in France and I won't return to the UK before the 30th to go to a bank/solicitor for the certification. I've checked and I believe I can go to a town hall to have documents certified. Jumping through these hoops is a real pain.. Do you think there will be any issues if it's certified by a French institution? Thank you, As long as it is certified before Brexit, it will be acceptable, but please make sure that it is certified in English. I've emailed them. Do you think I would get clarifications before the 30th? This is outrageous really.. I recently had to do a verification and I had to send a "selfie" with a number written on a piece a paper. It took a few minutes. Sending certified document by a random person is such a hassle...

So after being initially told by the administrators that the Post Office certification service would not be acceptable, they now emailed me to say that it will be accepted:

To update you.
We have now received confirmation from our legal team that the post office can be used for certifying documents.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Kind regards,

I contacted them this morning about not having received any emails, and they replied saying that they did send one to me, attaching the request for documentation.
I can guarantee that I never received it, not even in my spam folder.

Gesplunge! Failed! They have decided to invest our money in inconveniencing me along with the zero other people who were money laundering through Lendy. I do AML training every year as part of my FCA regulatory requirements. In the three stages of money laundering (placement, layering and integration) there are many red flags that might indicate money laundering is occuring.
Selecting a few of those red flags totally at random ...
Willingness of the clients to pay excessively high fees without questioning why
The client lacks any understanding about the details or risk of the transaction, yet seems unperturbed and keen to invest
An excessively high value is placed on assets/securities
Unrealistically short repayment periods for borrowing
The transaction is potentially loss making
It's odd but it almost sounds like a descripton of the P2P property loan sector
That could be LY’s Mission statement. But why have some people passed and others have failed. I have failed yet there’s no obvious reason why I would as I’m a personal investor where no details whatsoever have changed, everything is the same as when I signed up to the Lendy swindle.

If anyone is caught up in COL you would really know what bad looks like. Total and utter nonsense, seemingly accountable to no one and nothing. Here’s hoping RSM can do better. The COL Administrator has set the gold standard for deplorable parasitic blood sucking skulduggery.

I have no funds on account, just a small amount in defaulted DFL006. I have no intention of going through this farce until I know whether I will have any funds to retrieve once the default has been resolved and the RSM have taken their huge cut.

As of 3pm today still no information so I've sent them another Email asking for an update. This is getting very frustrating now, especially adding to the frustration of being a Lendy investor anyway.
