AML verification still ongoing, unable to withdraw That's what I get too.
I've not received any communication from them asking for any documents.
The page doesn't give any indication that it's the specific lender account awaiting completion of AML checks, rather than that they haven't finished AML verification in general.
There's also no call to action - as far as anyone reading that page is concerned they just need to sit and wait for Lendy staff to complete their AML verification process.
Presumably what it also needs to say is either "your account is in the process of being reviewed by our staff. Please check back later" or "we are waiting for documents from you. Please contact us if you do not know what documents to submit"...
... or even better "please upload high quality scans of the following documents here..."!

We're on the way - only 45 per cent of our capital returned but it's a start and far better than Collateral. Fingers crossed that Funding Secure is more a la Lendy in terms of return of capital..... One small step for RSM; one giant leap compared to BDO!

I have withdrawn fine with my wife's account but unable to withdraw with my account as it states: Unable during the AML checks? I have not really been on my account much is there something I may have missed as I have not been asked for any docs to my knowledge??

I've made a successful withdrawal request today - though as pointed out above I'll be happier when the money is in my account.
I was one of the great unverified and had to send my docs off (signed for 14.10.2019) but haven't heard anything since. Presumably having withdrawals enabled on my account means I'm now verified?

I'm in the same position. It's a relief to have (apparently) passed!!

I failed AML, so sent in ID and a copy of a bank statement. The only bank statement with my name and address on was a business account. This is not an account I use for P2P and certainly not the account I registered with Lendy. But on trying to withdraw, I saw an unfamiliar last four bank account numbers, and it's the business account number that I submitted for the AML check.
I'm not complaining, but it seems a bit irregular

I just checked the account details before withdrawing and see an account number I do not recognise.

I have not really been on my account much is there something I may have missed as I have not been asked for any docs to my knowledge?? It would appear that potentially rather large numbers of people did not receive an e-mail informing them whether they were, or were not verified with the associated request for documents. Via the Facebook page I learned that everyone should have received a message either way by around the middle of the month with a recommendation to e-mail if you had not. Did so and was informed that I was not verified and to please send off documents. Were it not for the Facebook page I would also have no idea what was going on. It's particularly odd as I received the first email requesting that you check details were correct and appear to be receiving all of the update e-mails etc. If you don't know either way email support@lendy.co.uk with the header "KYC email not received"

I just received an email telling me my account was now authorized. For some reason it is addressed to "Dear <<Test First Name>>". They also appeared to have resurrected my old bank account I used when starting with Lendy. Not a problem for me as I can still access it but may be an issue for others. I did not request this change and my id requirement did not involve sending any bank details.

Yes, I've just received that as well, from Lendy Support, the unredacted version is quoted below . I did log in on the off chance they'd credited something to my account, but afraid not so no discernable difference on site as far as I am concerned, still getting the Oops, you don't have anything to withdraw type message and cannot check bank account numbers or anything either. Just a reminder: I also got the you're verified email so not had any need to send docs off.

I've always been able to check my bank account details (failed AML) and we were all asked to make sure our details , including bank account, were up to date so it sounds like the problem may be specific to you and worth a quick email to Lendy support.

I've not been keeping up to date with the situation, but got the email today saying the withdraw function is live. But I don't seem to have got any monies returned to me.
Is it just certain loans that have been paid back?
I'm in DFL003, DFL004, DFL005, DFL017, DFL019, DFL020, DFL022, DFL033, PBL155 and PBL167.
Are ALL these still in limbo?
Cheers.
