Withdrawal facility appears to be available for those who have passed AML
(If you havent still worth checking in case you have without knowing)
'Success! Thank you for your withdrawal request, please allow 5 working days for your request to be processed.'
Edit Double check bank details, some reports of details being wrong despite AML/KYC approval!

Definitely worth trying even if you originally failed AML. Mrs jonno had failed, no notification received to say she has now passed, but withdrawal has worked!!

I sent my documents two and half weeks ago - still no confirmation that I have passed the AML checks.
BUT have had just tried a withdrawal (nearly £2,000) and........the banner came up..........
Withdrawal confirmation
Success!
Thank you for your withdrawal request, please allow 5 working days for your request to be processed.

Me too despite not being asked to provide any more validation this month. This was supposed to happened if there was a need for further checks. So frustrating....

We're on the way - only 45 per cent of our capital returned but it's a start and far better than Collateral. Fingers crossed that Funding Secure is more a la Lendy in terms of return of capital.....

Well that's OK, because computer systems never get it wrong, do they! Sorry to be a Doubting-Thomas, confirmation of funds in my bank account is the only 'Success!' criterion I'll be accepting. Not that I'm withdrawing anything yet. I have some questions that need answering and I'm not withdrawing anything less it be deemed I've implicitly accepted something or other. (Possibly - probably? - doesn't, but until it's explained to me why I've received the sums put into my account and what the expectations can be (for that loan) going forward, the money stays where it is. I can afford to leave it there, so that's where it's staying.)

I fully concur with your questioning approach to any 45.5% HQ measly crumbs of comfort. However leaving the money sat there serves no useful purpose.

Funds are in our account but its now saying we do not have a bank account to withdraw to!! Never had a problem previously and when we look at the Bank Account under My Account it says the Bank account ending **** which is correct! So we still cannot get to our funds!! Very frustrating.
Another account we have has the message that the AML checks have not been completed, yet we sent both lots of AML documents in the same envelope! Its a mess!

AML verification still ongoing, unable to withdraw No comfort to you admittedly (I sympathise with anybody in your position) but that would suggest those of us who have withdrawn are less likely to be disappointed. Actually further disappointed might be more appropriate given the amounts of 'disputable' short payments.
