I've not been keeping up to date with the situation, but got the email today saying the withdraw function is live. But I don't seem to have got any monies returned to me. Is it just certain loans that have been paid back? I'm in DFL003, DFL004, DFL005, DFL017, DFL019, DFL020, DFL022, DFL033, PBL155 and PBL167. Are ALL these still in limbo? Cheers. As stated in the update they sent out on 25 Oct, the loans which had "interim" payments on Monday were DFL012, DFL034, DFL037, DFL032.
They also give a list of loans where distributions are anticipated in the next 21 days (all PBLs, and no intersection with your list), most of which I understand from previous updates had already been repaid or refinanced either in full or in part, so it's not clear why RSM are still sitting on the money rather than distributing it to us.

Yes, I've just received that as well, from Lendy Support, the unredacted version is quoted below  . I did log in on the off chance they'd credited something to my account, but afraid not so no discernable difference on site as far as I am concerned, still getting the Oops, you don't have anything to withdraw type message and cannot check bank account numbers or anything either. You should be able to check your bank account by going to Account, Bank details ... it will display the linked account even if you havent got any cash on account

You should be able to check your bank account by going to Account, Bank details ... it will display the linked account even if you havent got any cash on account It does only show the last four numbers of the account. but in truth that should be enough. I know this because I withdrew my balance last night, and read on here this morning that some accounts were wrong and felt a sudden urge to go and check.

AML verification still ongoing, unable to withdraw No comfort to you admittedly (I sympathise with anybody in your position) but that would suggest those of us who have withdrawn are less likely to be disappointed. Actually further disappointed might be more appropriate given the amounts of 'disputable' short payments. 1,700 odd available, 17,000 to go. But it says withdrawals unavailable during the AML process. No one has contacted me re AML checks so far.

A phew from me too - I had three accounts for withdrawals, one dead (switched) a long time ago and one dead (switched) since administration. Luckily the numbers are for the third and currently still live account . Now all I need is something to withdraw.

No better at coding than LY was then. You have to wonder how Exoerian managed to AML check 'Test First Name' against electoral registers and bank details.. Or maybe that's why 30% or so failed?

Has anyone else got the cash yet?

I did my withdrawal early Wednesday afternoon. In those golden-days of old-Lendy, as long as you submitted your request before midnight then I think the payment hit your account around 10am the next morning. I'm wondering if RSM will be just doing 1 payment run per week? I suppose they can hide behind their 5 working days caveat!
