A new release went live this morning which includes the following changes: - New 'Resource Centre' section - can be found under 'Quick Links'
'Quick links' being the very small unlabelled 3 bars in the top right corner of the dashboard next to account name. Probably me, but just taken quite a while to find where you meant. Any chance this button could be labelled ‘Quick links' to speed user navigation & site usability? Don't worry, when you're not logged in the "Quick Links" is at the top of the page, along with Investors, borrowers, contact. The only thing I noticed was the dates on the articles aren't consistent when you click thru' to the pdf. Also(?) there's nothing for this year.

Never go to home page as have quick link to sign in. Was looking for actual word 'quick link' Still not labelled there either. As someone who spends all their time repeatedly pointing out to a pair of 70 year olds that 3 bars equals menu on tablets etc, I wish they'd label said icons where possible or just put 'menu' as a clickable word. I suspect a sizeable portion of P2P lenders are less au fait with smartphone symbology. Edit: So it seems its all down to tablet orientation. Just looking at site on laptop and the wording you refer to on the home page including 'quick links' is clearly visible, not showing on tablet which I read in portrait, turn it round to landscape and there it all is.

A much requested feature has just been set live which gives us intra-day transaction information from our bank. This means lender deposits made via faster payments, which should be the vast majority) will now be credited within roughly one hour. Any non-faster payments transactions will be credited just after the end of the banking day, around 6pm. As before you need to quote your reference code when transferring money. Sometimes people make mistakes with their code, such as confusing a I for a 1, which requires manual intervention so please be careful when copying this information. A font change has been made to the Manage Funds screen to help with this and the admin team have a new facility to add rules to deal with repeat offenders. We'll have more banking related announcements in the next couple of weeks once the new integration has bedded in and we take advantage of the facilities we now have. Great! Works a treat. Now one of the slickest of the P2P sites in this respect. Not quite so happy about withdrawals, though. Cannot totally rely on them arriving next working day, although OK more often than not.

Mods - could you move this to the discussion thread please? Withdrawals... yeah... would love to automate that as well but that would double the price with the bank with the solution they've offered us, which is already very expensive for what it is, as well as cost us several pounds per withdrawal to have a solution faster than we have now. So it'll come in time but we need to grow a bit more before it's viable cost wise.

Brilliant, and it works a treat into the bargain . Just wish I'd noticed your post last week, it would have saved me a lot of faffing about until late this afternoon when I spotted it!

Not sure if it's because of the change just announced but some of my 'your holding' amounts have dropped to £0, anyone else with holes in their pockets?
Currently #181, #153, #90, are showing as £0 holding.
#133 did the same about 20mins ago but has come back now.

Units seems to be available and I have spare cash, but it's still short.

It doesn't look like my platform total has been affected so might just be a display issue I'll see if it corrects itself later. (#133 is one that keeps buying and selling 1p, must be down to rounding, I'm 0.0027p over target, I'd contribute it towards your target if I could) Edit; #153 has just come back. Edit; #181 has also come back. Edit; #90 back as well, all present and correct.

I seem to have lost thousands of femtopennies on many loans. I lost 50% of my holding of #153 for about an hour. I sold the other half and loans list reported £0 for my holding. Just about to email when it reappeared Ton ⓉⓞⓃ I have the same issue with #133 and have had for a while. I sold some but it never actually hit my target and went into 1p recycle mode. Ive since topped it up but its still short by .07p Its not currently doing the 1p recycle.

I would still like the option to sweep my £<0.01 from my Cash Account to my MLI, as discussed last autumn. It's going to sit there looking annoying for ever without it. I would imagine at some point in the furture I would want the option to sweep an entire balance from an investment account back into the CA, including the £<0.01 that will inevitably get left there otherwise. It can't be that difficult to implement - where there are options to increase by/decrease by or move amount x, there could be a 'sweep all from/to chosen account' as an additional option. I accept that one day when I close the account there will be £<0.01 left (perhaps to be added into a pot of such amounts for AC to donate to charity in 10 generations time when the total might have added up to something?), but it would be preferable to be able to engineer it such that it's only one such amount, and not one for each sub-account, of which who knows how many there will be in time. Any thoughts chris? Up for consideration/ already on the list / not desirable / not possible?

Big update being worked on now for deployment in August that should let me give you that functionality shortly afterwards. Keep badgering!

Many of my holdings are now rounding down rather than up even when they should round up. This seems to have changed today.
I think that anything above 0.999999997 of a penny should round up to the penny for display purposes. I would be happy if lower amounts showed rounded up too but I think that any amount higher than that is due to arithmetic rounding errors.
I assume that I have a £0.01 holding of £3m loan and that the borrower repays capital of £0.01. My holding is now £0.009999999966.

I wondered whether it was related to... A new release has just gone live that includes: - Amounts less than a penny are now displayed as "< £0.01". The mouse hover displaying the full amount still applies.
... but I expect everyone's seen that already.
