Based on previous weekend pretty high rates should be achievable today as well. May peak around 9pm ?

Sold out of 5 year and put it all on access at 4.9% Are you better off after allowing for the 1.5% penalty when exiting 5 year? Or did you swap for the extra liquidity in the Access/Plus/Max markets going forward or have I missed something?

Yes, primarily extra liquidity. I want to jump fast if I see the need to jump. Close eye on the PF. VERY close indeed. Don’t want another LendingWorks in my p2p portfolio.

I was thinking of doing a similar thing but I have quite a bit in 5 year that is much better rates thatn the 5.0% we both got today - to be fair I think we could have pushed it a bit higher. The other issue I have is that it if we sold out and redirected at access I would have to feed the money in slowly anyway to try and prevent the funds being sucked up by later early closures. It's less likely that a few scattered loans will sellout all at once than having all funds in a single loan that sells out, I think that's right. The other thing I was concerned about was losing 1.5% on 6/7% loans and then not being able to then get even 4% on the Access when the ISA wall comes in over April/May/June period assuming there is an ISA wall this year in more risky P2P than safe banks.

I think it may be more of a fence than a wall of ISA money this year!

I think it may be more of a fence than a wall of ISA money this year! Even if its a fence couple it with the weekly relend funding "Wall" it will probably negate good rates on the new products and in particular the Access. Unless of course RS will manage it through, I'm guessing not though. The way I lend too, setting relend rates high so I can take a decision on where to lend, will always make my lending be at the back of the queue when I start the lend.

I'm resisting the temptation to invest in RS, but, for those who still have confidence in them, 5.5% is now freely available in access.

Really come on guys, what with corona virus and all I can't take much more seeing that we peaked in Access too quickly. I knew I should have pushed our punts back a bit last night. Mind you 5.0% in access is still not to be sniffed at I feel. My excuse is I fell asleep last night after going to the theatre - too many sherbets again I guess)

So earlier I noticed that Access had 1.3M sitting @3% and 3 hours later its now at just over 407k. I wonder if there might be chance of a sweep up to 5% and above.
I'll have a punt at 5.5% as I don't have much returned today to relend .
