I'm ordering food online just in case. Delivery charges have shot up and delivery slots have massively reduced in the london area. Vast majority of products seem readily available though.

Self isolation seems like a paid holiday. Maybe I could lie to my employer and say I have covid 19 or I have been exposed to someone who may or may not have covid. May get some paid time off ? Very unethical though!

Very unethical though! Why not take up the offer £3500 to test a new vaccine. If your under 46 then no problem 😉

I sold lots of shares the day after the election at a decent profit. Now or maybe in a few days is the time to buy back in

Very unethical though! Jesus, if people start doing that, it WILL kill the country, more than the virus. Not a dissimilar attitude I suppose to the lootings, robberies, rapes, etc that happened in London while WW2 raged, which were suppressed at the time for obvious reasons and are still not talked about to this day. Still, I suppose it would give Remainers the chance to finally say, " I told you so." as the UK goes down the pan?!!!!

Preventative measures should be taken prior to getting the disease with no cure ? Or should we self isolate after getting the disease?

Big sell off on the way in the morning - must hold nerve, must hold nerve... S&P 500 futures trading has just been halted and ftse100 down about 8% I would imagine some emergency rate cuts will be announced today to try to stabilize it all...we'll see...

Let the hammering of the markets commence. Warren buffet once said 'be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful others are greedy ?

What's the difference between royal Dutch a and b ? Listings on LSE versus AEX. If you buy A (= AEX) Dutch dividend tax is applied prior to distribution. You can theoretically reclaim (or your broker can), but for most people in UK it's more convenient to simply purchase B.

Not sure they've got too much room left for traditional style rate cuts. OK, I am sure. They don't.
