Durham police are investigating whether Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer broke lockdown rules on a visit during which he drank beer in an MP's office. The force initially concluded that no offence had occurred on 30 April last year, but said it had since received "significant new information".
That could leave Labour in a difficult position.

They're investigating. That doesn't mean they've found he had... and, of course, this is the same force that gave Cummings' eyetest a free pass...

Taiwan - in the 2 years up to 15th April 22 total case recorded was 9,300 Taiwan - In the last month total cases recorded was 560,000

Well, Taiwan has changed it stances restricting covid.
However, the lack of PCR capacity means less cases and deaths will be reported. 64% positivity rate a few days ago.
The vaccination rate among the elderly group is relatively higher than Hong Kong but nowhere near Scotland 100% vaxxed.

Unlikely / possibly had NK down as a "0". Until a few days ago (week or two?) North Korea denied it had had a single case. Apparently that's changed radically recently.

Well, I have no idea how Worldometer showing 68 deaths in the DPRK.
Meanwhile the KNCA reports “miraculous” low death rate and amazing speed of recovery without any help of vaccines nor antiviral treatment.
300k people under “medical” treatment!!!

Were you involved, bracknellboy? I think I recall you mentioning you had volunteered at Covid test centres in (presumably) Bracknell.
Good to see some recognition for volunteers like this. I hate to think how much worse the pandemic impact would have been without them.
