I cannot view the details as SS does not accept non residents, but maybe someone else would like to check that website with this: Hi James, Saving Stream initially didn't accept non-residents due to not being able to perform the necessary AML checks. We now have a company that offers us this ability in the EU and as such Saving Stream now accepts EU residents as investors if you hold a UK bank account. 2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1 To register with us you must meet our Eligibility Criteria. This means that: 2.1.1 you must be an individual, at least 18 years old, living in the EU; and 2.1.2 you must have a bank account in your own name with a bank in the United Kingdom. 2.2 To be eligible as a Saving Stream Investor, you must also: 2.2.1 only ever lend your own money; and 2.2.2 not be a credit broker or lend money to other persons in the course of any business. 2.3 If you meet our Eligibility Criteria, you can register with us as a Saving Stream Investor. As part of this process: 2.3.1 we may make identity and fraud checks; 2.3.2 you will specify a Saving Stream Username and Password. 2.4 When these steps have been completed, we will register you as a Saving Stream Investor, give you Passwords and set up Your Saving Stream Account. 2.5 If we are unable to complete any steps in clause 2.3, we will not register you. 2.6 Saving Stream will carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks on its own behalf and on behalf of its Investors. We use a third party company to complete these checks to fulfil our AML obligations.

With regards to Chris Temple's credentials I can confirm the following:
Chris Temple, M.A.(Cantab), I.Eng, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects, and a Fellow of the Yacht Designers and Surveyors Association (YDSA) and has 35 years’ experience in full-time practice as a Marine Surveyor.
Thank you for your vigilance and scrutiny of his website, however I can confirm that he simply knows more about surveying boats than website security.
More fishing with an 'f' rather than phishing with a 'p'....

I'm afraid I don't follow how a web designer using a temporary testimonial whilst building a new classic car lead generation website for Lendy Ltd, equates to pulling the wool over Saving Stream investor's eyes. You still obviously don't get it do you. Have you not read this thread? Temporary? The testimonial was published on the Lendyclassic site just as the false James Marshall claim was on the Savingstream site. Whichever way we take it you come across as in incompetent organisation: either through deliberate attempts to mislead borrowers and lenders through false testimonials or if we are to believe your posts through your failure to review what your website designers producing before they publish it. This telling thread seems to have exhausted itself for now. However as a new member trawling through the boards, I would like to say how much I appreciate past contributors taking the time to write down their findings here. You know who you are -- thanks for sharing :-)

Saving Stream is a trading name of Lendy Ltd. Lendy Ltd was registered with companies house in October 2012, received its Consumer Credit License from the OFT in Dec 2012 and started making loans in January 2013. The Saving Stream website & platform was launched in November as a platform to sell existing loan parts to lenders for a fixed rate of return. I hope this clarifies andy2001's query. Is your business available outside UK?

We can accept investors from within the EU as long as they send funds using a UK bank account.
