, then suddenly a load of borrowers "appears" offering 5.9%. Got 5.9% in the 3 year market last week As did I. If there's less than <wet finger in air> 0.5% between the two, it seems like a no-brainer to go for the shorter.

Patience is a virtue ATM. I have had a 6.5% offer taken up today.

I had 1.2k left in front of me for 6.5 match and slam in came a neat round 50k at 6%. Not sure if the 50k was withdrawn or matched overnight but it's now gone.

Not sure if the 50k was withdrawn or matched overnight but it's now gone. Either way, it didn't trigger MR at 6.0% as per the weekend discussion so had gone before the system set that. £50K @ 6% would certainly have been more than enough for that.

I wonder how impressed those people that had their "market rate" money suddenly lent out at 6% on Monday, (when a few hours earlier the active rate was 6.5-6.6%) will be to learn that two days later, 5 year matching is hurtling through at 6.7% again.

6.7% makes me wish that I had the rest of my repayments come through early.. Oh well, so long as Mt 6.0% stays away for a while, my little bit might get taken this afternoon

I stuck with 6.5% during Monday's "rate-adjustments - got it yesterday, and 6.6% on today's c£20. Might be worth dropping in a bit for 6.8% tomorrow - then withdrawals for the first week in May . Don't tell Kev wot we're up to tho!

If I had not looked simply as I was a bit bored I would have been one of those whose repayments were loaned out at 6.0%. Regrettably this will now play on my mind and constantly watching Ratesetter will become another job to do. I had previously had some (now shown to be misplaced) confidence in the way this was dealt with. Is the repayment robot fully automated or is there some human intervention as even with my lack of clarity on a Monday morning it was apparent that the placement at 6.0% was a wrong step when all above it to 6.5% and beyond was all but empty.

6.8% is now being 'Matched'. And there I was thinking it would be lucky to get 6.7% today.. Why do I never have enough spare cash when I want it

6.8% is now being 'Matched'. And I thought I was doing well with a match at 6.6%

I see the gang has piled in at 6.6% to kill off that 6.8% nonsense! (Until tomorrow, maybe - then it's....ALL OUT!)

I got a nice dollop from an early repayment of a 5.8% part today, straight back out again at 6.5%. Nice.
