#1136 paid off as well, £400k
Loan #1136 appears to have generated a payout of around £5.75 per £10K invested
Loan #1273 appears to have generated a payout of around £2.75 per £10K invested

A lot of my AA holdings are increasing, some 10 fold in a few days AA holdings will be increasing as loans are redeemed. Normally the AAs would be buying into newly issued loans which would dilute your holding in older loans, with the AA not investing in new loans, as loans are redeemed your account will rebalance so you will see increases. Once Assetz start issuing new loans, and down the line the Access Accounts start buying into them, you'll see loan holdings decrease even without redemption as the loan book re-balances. I feel a 10 fold increase is unlikely though, I've not observed this in my own loanbook and hold ratios should be identical across all accounts.

Please refresh my memory if AC has made any statements as regards the time in point investments in new loans would be made from the Access accounts. Are they planning to do so *before* or *after* the current Access withdrawal queue has been fully paid off?

Loan #1273 has repaid £171K, but doesn't appear to have been distributed yet A sign that the launch of the secondary market for access accounts is impending? If so, makes sense that they would pause disbursements in the meantime.

I think the access account distributions have been frozen since Friday. I received nothing on Sat, Sun and Mon and so far today nothing. Which is an unusually long pause.

It often takes AC a day or two between posting an Update in the loan and distributing the money. I added the comment "but doesn't appear to have been distributed yet" so that people don't expect to see immediate payouts on their Access Accounts. It's always nice to speculate though...

chris, why is it that distributions take so long to be processed through to individual accounts, surely it's a basic allocation calculation?

chris , why is it that distributions take so long to be processed through to individual accounts, surely it's a basic allocation calculation? I can't comment on individual cases, and I'm not that close to the internal processes, but I know from past examples that when we report funds have been received then that can mean received by the lawyers but not yet in the client money account. Other times the transfer into the client money account won't have the right reference code so can take a while to be manually matched. Then there's several internal processes to go through to make sure the received funds are correctly distributed between all parties, as often the payment isn't a nice single payment just to be distributed to lenders. And so on. Between third parties, the banks, and sometimes our team being busy due to clusters of repayments at a similar time (e.g. end of month) then it can often take a couple of days. From the funds being credited to the system and the system being instructed to distribute them to lenders, it's usually a few minutes to get them allocated to everyone. Again sometimes there can be a number of bunched payments at the same time that means it takes a little longer, but usually it's a relatively quick process.
