I think the access account distributions have been frozen since Friday. I received nothing on Sat, Sun and Mon and so far today nothing. Which is an unusually long pause. Just had payments of £4.43 per £10K invested paid out on my Access Accounts

All these small repayments do not seem to bring my balance down as they seem to just cover the interest each month. This account is getting a joke now approaching 4 months since Covid 19 and no sizeable return of funds.Surely these accounts need to be renamed to some thing more appropriate

The former does not 'cover' the latter. So your balance should be going down by the amount of the former (unless you are not withdrawing either or both of the former and latter).

Go to Statements - Account Balances and plug in some dates to see the change in QAA balance. I agree about the names - though 'quick' is a relative term, as in 'the glaciers are quickly melting'.

2 payments (#1098 and another loan repayment?) from AAs today, seems to have been £4.34 per £10K invested
The distribution was much less than £4.34 for me. £2.53 and £1.80 per 10k for me.

£2.53 plus £1.80 equals...... I assumed he meant per loan not total. But yeah, that makes sense.

I have just calculated that mine and my wife's 90 days QAA's have around 7% of missing holdings. That is to say, we don't have any holding for around 7% of the money we have currently in those accounts. Does anyone have any idea what could be the explanation for that? Stuart, Chris?

My QAA shows 6.54% of funds not in loans. Could be money that AC need for funding tranche drawdowns on existing development loans.
I've also calculated an 'uncommitted' 6.54%

Same as its always been, AA have always contained uninvested cash to provide liquidity in normal conditions, both to allow withdrawals & funds tranches. Given that that is what AC are working towards returning to, the account will be looking to build up the cash buffer. If there wasnt a large demand to exit and uncertainty about future in/out flows due to forbearance/economy then the account appears to be at levels where it could operate normally.

Thanks for the explanation, it make sense since the cash account doesn't provide that facility any more.

Thanks for the explanation, it make sense since the cash account doesn't provide that facility any more. AIUI Cash swept from the cash account etc was part of the AA like direct invested cash and would have been held in the same proportions between loans & cash as other funds in the AA. Obviously for the sweep function to work correctly the liquid cash buffer was a necessity to provide the instant access hence it was removed when abnormal conditions began and it will probably be the last element of the system to be reinstated.

I've just noticed that 'remaining amount' of a pending withdrawal has vanished.
This was quite useful as you could see how much had paid back to date from a withdrawal request.
Possibly Assetz are redesigning the page so they can make space to show any discounts for the upcoming discounted secondary market.
EDIT - 'remaining amount' is back again
