I think this will produce a distribution of about £4.31 per 10k.... if my calculations and assumptions are correct! Jemima, I'd love to know what your formula is for predicting payouts - does it back-calculate to getting anything like an approximation of queued withdrawals?mrsb Capital repayments are in proportion to your total holding in the Access accounts. Amounts queued for withdrawals no longer have any bearing. They did for the initial flat rate distribution system introduced when CV hit, but AC changed to the pro-rate system start of June.
Although they didn't exactly announce the changed system with trumpets and a fan fare...

It's not the occasional size of the granules that matters - it's the supervision of the process. I'm appreciative.

#590 should produce somewhere around £25 per 10k held, based on past distributions.

Hi guys,
Long time observer, first time poster (thanks for all your insights thus far. I find them incredibly valuable!)
Does anyone know how much of these recent repayments would be down to 'natural' loan maturities, and how much would be down to early redemptions e.g. due to CBILS refinancing (if this is possible)? Just trying to get a sense of the repayment drivers.
Thanks

loan #526 appears to have come to the end of its 36 month term #590 sale of plot 7 #848 sale of plot 10
#898/#1133 sale of plot 11 #1028 sale of plot 7
All normal stuff, just a lot of them on the one day

Thanks for the detail . Guess I was asking since things have sped up a little over the last week or two. Wondered if there was any connection to refi activity (if so, would be good news of course). Will keep an eye on it. Thanks again.
