Loan #775 has repaid £150K, but I don't see any AA distribution Just had a payout of £1.75 per £10K invested in an Access Account, may be from the above. Latest update seems to suggest that is happening today...

Just had repayments of just short of £9.10 per £10K invested in each Access Account. Source unknown. I think it was loan #911 for about £632k

#590 has repaid £727k (to be distributed) - the Access accounts are heavily invested in this loan so we should see quite a decent size repayment to withdrawal requests I think.
EDIT - This produced approx. £24.51 per 10k

Loan #1080 redeemed in full (~£473k), yet to be distributed. I think this will produce a distribution of about £4.31 per 10k.... if my calculations and assumptions are correct!

Is there any transparency of what percentage of a loan amount redeemed is distributed to AA lenders and what percentage is retained by AC for funding future tranches?

Jemima, I'd love to know what your formula is for predicting payouts - does it back-calculate to getting anything like an approximation of queued withdrawals?

Too be honest, I don't think my formula works, I ended up under calculating!

Am imagining it would depend on what proportion of the loan was held by AAs and MLAs?

The formula should be straightforward.
1) Take the total you hold in the loan in an ''Access?'' account 2) divide by total loan size
That gives you a factor to multiply your total holding to find cash returned.
However it does not work like that. For smaller loans nothing might be returned, allowing the cash part of the account to increase, also larger loans might pay out less than expected if the cash is to be increased, or more than expected if the cash is to be decreased.
With protected accounts now paying derisory rates, an accessable account could look attractive and help restore normality.
The rush to the exit arose because no one wanted to be the last man standing in a steamy pile of ****.
The challenge to Assetz is whether they can devise a new product which will attract confidence and allow for cash to flow back into Access. 12 Months at 4.5% perhaps, with a beefed up provision fund and ringfence and NO early access?
