I imagine tomorrow we will have the que working. Currently I can click withdraw and it shows the normal options for withdrawal, but claims I have no investment capital (<0.01) maybe I'm already sold out, I'd be lucky if that were the case? chris Should I contact support tomorrow or wait it out?

I get the message 'can't withdraw more than I have invested' (or words to that effect), even though I've £14+k swept, hence my previous comment.

I have 0 in Available withdrawal amount in QAA. Not sure whether it is because i have already withdrawn everything already. Wondering is there a place to check queue status or not?

I have queued withdrawals from two accounts. The Menu bar on QA account now has a queued withdrawals row which is accurate.
Thanks to A/C for the quick implementation, and for not telling anyone, so I can get in first.

My dashboard has been updated in the last minutes to now show a balance available to withdraw of zero, when previously it showed the swept balance. Confirms what I thought. How can AC justify the apparent differentiation?

My withdrawl request is in the queue, although no indication of where in the queue I might be.
I do hope this isn't going to be an FC style death by a thousand cuts. Also, I am only invested in QAA so hope those pesky 30 / 90 dayers don't try to jump the queue.

30 and 90 day account withdrawals will only enter the new queue after 30 or 90 days.

I have no withdraw postion, but I have £19k in QAA? I can't make a withdrawal request as it says I have <0.01? Not very helpful, being that it seems other investors are now jumping ahead of me, just because my money was already in cash and was automatically swept. I've turned of invest idle funds minutes after AC locked down the website the other day. Kind of ridculous, am I withdrawn, am I invested, am I in the que? How do investors exit QAA with swept funds, I have turned off Invest idle funds minutes after the sites lock on QAA withdrawals. chris

I'm in the same position my QAA balance which was swept from cash account funds and reputedly entered a Q when I switched off the sweep is still showing as the balance, but when I look at the queued withdrawal button I get Neither will the QAA white withdraw button on the right hand side work as it says I don't have any money in the QAA and the cash balance still says it's not a withdrawable amount. Ghost funds

Perhaps AC is using swept funds to repay QAA direct investors? If so I can best describe it as outrageously unfair and unjustifiable. I'm holding back at the moment from using stronger words!

Earlier in the thread, Chris had said that investors who turned off automatic investing to the QAA for idle funds would be automatically in the que from the very start. Hopefully it is 1. It is not displaying on front panel yet? or 2. Investors which can't see the postion have already sold out but the general blockage of withdrawals is preventing our funds from moving to the cash account purely.
We will see, but yeah I think many investors are getting pretty spooked in this thread and agitated myself included.
When AC situation worries you more over your S&S holdings, yeh not so great.

Imagine the IT staff have been working flat out to get a replacement system up and running. No formal announcement of the queue has yet been made so again imagine the system is not yet fully up and running.
In an ideal world bugs such as this would be ironed out by extensive testing. In the real world the IT staff, fueled by coffee, dripping with sweat and overseen by senior management and the compliance officer will be twisting the authorized procedures to the limit to try and deliver a sound solution.
Swept funds will be sorted. The visible changes are a sign that work is genuinely underway and has top priority.

30 and 90 day account withdrawals will only enter the new queue after 30 or 90 days. I've entered the queue 31/91 days ago, so the funds are in the queue as from yesterday. Another lot is due today and tomorrow, I withdraw from these accounts on daily basis. I hope I will start receiving these withdrawals soon, otherwise I won't have enough cash to invest in new loans via MLA I'm not too bothered, my MLA proportion is on decline and 90-day is growing anyway, but it would be good to have flexibility of moving funds from one account to another back asap.
