I like it too, and the new statement is going to make my life a lot easier - my p2p accounting had bright pink to denote FS stuff though, and that's no longer applicable now. I know blue is a 'trusted' colour, but it's a bit too tedious of all financial institutions to go down the blue or purple route - I really did quite like that FS had a different colour scheme. I won't lose any sleep over it though. I'll suggest that the 'Available Investments' page needs a third section -- for loans that are 100% funded. Right now we have the ludicrous situation where there's a loan listed under the heading "Loans Needing Investment/The following loans are currently open for investment", but anyone who clicks on the 'View & Invest' button is told "We are sorry, this loan has now been filled". That is going to cause disappointment/consternation in potential investors. You could always avoid clicking the 'View & Invest' button and getting that message by first paying attention to the fact the Progress said 100% and the the Funded Amount already equalled the Loan Amount . Personally, I don't find that too misleading or much of a problem - it's pretty clear.

I agree it is an improvement and hopefully will enable new features to be added and certainly (again hopefully) will be more robust. May have missed this elsewhere but I assume that the lack of any tax statement means investors do the adding up and subsequent declarations. Are FS reporting earnings to HMRC? I assume they would be but would like confirmation from fundingsecure direct.

Can't see it anywhere now, so hopefully it will be reinstated as a feature of the new site. pepperpot: Are you sure you obtained your tax statement from the website? My arrived on 17/Apr attached to an email from FS.

The password reset link seems to expire in less than an hour! A bit drastic, surely? Certainly inconvenient for those of us not welded to the interweb.

For the benefit of anyone who missed today's loan renewal, bidding on the new website is restricted to exact multiples of £25 - something to bear in mind when deciding how much cash to top the account up with.
Another major positive for the website is it is no longer being flagged as containing malware by Sophos. that false positive on the old web site was a real annoyance for me.

fundingsecure, I just pressed F5 to refresh my session and got: This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at www.fundingsecure.com/myaccount/index.php has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

Hmmm, thing I prefer the old site.
Again I'll say that I have absolutely no interest in seeing loans that are 100% funded, so please FS make it easier to see loans that DO need funding.
Also I also had the redirect error. Please make it possible to bookmark the live loans page!
Oh, and just a small suggestion - the site needs a favicon.ico!

Whereas, (sorry brettb ), I think it's important to still see those loans that are recently 100% funded. For example, I logged in earlier to see whether or not I had missed today's Swarovski loan. I could very instantly see that I hadn't since it wasn't in the list yet. Had it disappeared from view because it was fully funded I wouldn't have known. I find the clear green 100% full indicator very clear to distinguish from the blue, partially filled indicator for the partially filled loans. Perhaps if there were large numbers of loans active at the same time it may be sensible to separate them, but for the moment it seems sensible to look at them all in one place.

Website may have improved, chance of getting a share of any of these loans unfortunately has not. Time to remove unutilised cash & go elsewhere Im afraid

The clever idea to use our usernames as the reference for bank transfers was perhaps not so clever with hindsight. First direct's website tells me:
Sorry, you have used an invalid character in the payment reference. Please try again using 0-9, a-z, A-Z, -, &, /,() and . only
So it doesn't like the underscore in my username. Also looks like spaces are not allowed either.
Have emailed FS, but spotted the "Contact Us" web page only lists the info@ email address not the customerservices@ address which I believe is for account enquiries.

Another means of contact -- is it new, or have I just ignored it in the past? -- is the online chat option. I was pleasantly surprised to find it active on Sunday evening, and I had some questions answered instantly that way.

I tried to invest in the loan made available this morning using my iphone, but all attempts to select the loan from 'Loans Needing Investment' resulted in my phone wanting to 'dial' the loan no. rather than display the details.
Subsequent investigation revealed that I was able to select and display all 'Current Active Investments' successfully but 'Loans Needing Investment' still refuses to perform as expected.
Anyone else with a similar experience?
