Presume the "Term" heading of 6 months is a joke No it is an aspiration or a wish to Santa. Make sure you are on the nice list not naughty like FS

Oooh, shiny new loan availability page. The main changes are that loans now have pretty pictures and instead of being presented in order of date listed they're now ranked by despair from high to low (Boat first, then Winey Mill, then clocks..) I'm guessing the thought behind it was to attract new investors - making default page visually attractive and less informative should in theory appeal to newbies. Good looking boat that will earn you 14% interest - what are you waiting for... Good job that the list display is still one click away, it would've been annoying if there was no option to select the view by rate, amount, etc. If they're going that way they should consider to invest some time in improving images (e.g. Crewkerne and Bath look awful; Ladybank looks like you're investing in a map). Can I suggest an appropriate picture for some loans

Yes, the one destroyed by the fire I've sold my part long time ago (can't remember the name of this loan) - I wonder what happened to it, is it still in arrears accruing interest or been resolved?

If longer terms are to be introduced, one needs to take the LTV figure even more into consideration. I would not be happy investing in a >50% LTV loan with a 9-12 month term.
Then again 6 month term loans are 9 month loans in the world of FS anyway!

Yes....Unfortunately it does not remember your selection and when I logged out/logged in again later I was unfortunately presented again with the pictures rather than the informative list. The FS website is, imo, good at remembering your changes (and search fields) for other options so hopefully this is just a small bug that might be ironed out. fundingsecure - can you ask your web developer to investigate please - it is a pain having to switch it to list view each time. "sticky" Now "Sticky" - it will remember your choice.

fundingsecureIf you remove all the inline styles specifying table widths on your <th> tags, the table will use up far less vertical space, be more legible and look much nicer to the eye too.

I am pleased to notice that FS are not just improving the website but are improving their updates with more site visits and photo updates. Their recovery processes are put into action in reasonable timeframe fair to both borrowers and lenders. (Not the case with Lendy)
With more realistic LTV using the expected auction values rather than optimistic values would again benefit all by making borrowers expectations reflect current real life situations
Please keep listening to your lenders because if they profit you profit.

fundingsecure Could you also add a Progress Bar for renewals in the "Investment opportunities coming soon" section, once you know how many people have opted to renew their investment? Particularly in the case of bling, or other desirables, it would help lenders judge how likely, or unlikely, they would be in buying a portion. If nearly everyone is rolling over their investment, there's no point in wasting time trying to buy some. Thanks.
