Has anyone else noticed that since early this afternoon any loan parts put up for sale aren't being listed? Every loan part I've tried listing since about 3pm today is shown in my "loans for sale" but aren't actually being listed for sale when being viewed from another account. I reported it to FC who verified I was hallucinating and gave thier standard response that they have alerted thier response team. They said no one else had reported the same issue. Has anyone else had the same issue or is it only me that seems to be constantly plagued by FC IT issues?

I can list parts for sale at present - though quite often there are partial problems as you describe. Are you sure that you have logged off from the first account before logging with the second? I have found that if both are open then sometimes the parts for sale from both accounts are not seen from either.

Ok - all seems to be fine now (relatively). FC appear to have acted promptly to resolve this for once.

I also suspect there is a problem (actually it has been spoken about several times here already) with loan parts listed for sale not showing as listed (by another account in a different browser or Chrome incognito window). There is a loan which today I expect a lot of people want to sell (Biting tongue to avoid joke about halal turkeys not selling well) and the trickle of new parts listed in that loan has been extremely slow. Mine have now trickled on, but there is a total of only 31 there now. I don't know how long mine took to appear but it was longer than 1hr and less than 4hrs. The other thing I don't understand is why I bought this loan on the secondary market at the rate I did, but that's another story (maybe the lull period at start of 2014).

Ah, you may see 31; I see only 21 now. Must be broken. I was surprised because I offered my ritual turkey sacrifice earlier at an especially attractive rate yet no-one gobbled it up.

An update from today: Another loan had it's risk band reinstated this morning, I listed some parts for sale and 30 seconds later they were there visible from another account. So maybe the problem is fixed?

New standard message required, to add to "Your loan part(s) have been put up for sale" and "There was a problem putting your loan part(s) up for sale". Maybe "Your request to put your loan part(s) up for sale has been registered. We are thinking about doing it sometime".

It's still doing it - my partner put some parts of 9423 for sale (£60, 13.7% buyer rate) and I can't see them and they are not selling, but lots of others are there, and are selling, even some of mine at £80, same rate, different account. I do with Frosted Cornflakes would resolve this issue. I guess I have to de-list/re-list, again.. that'll help the web site loading (not!).
edit: Oops, actually they came out at 13.6xx or something, so they are actually there. (which is why truncation instead of rounding is irksome!)

Have just messaged Furiously Crunching about 18 parts in 7391A that I am selling. My partner's account cannot see them. I think my 8 listed parts in 13616A+ are also not visible; nor are they selling even though they have a rate .1% or .2% better than any of the 95 parts visible to me.

I've noticed several times recently that only some of the parts in loans I've listed to sell are visible from my other account. If I then delist and relist the missing ones, they usually miraculously appear. I now sometimes check how many parts are already listed for sale before I list my own, and then that the number has risen by the right figure.

Aiui, when making that check you have to make sure that the 'parts available' figure is not affected by your filter settings so it's not foolproof.

There are definite problems today. I was surprised to see that 2 of 10 parts I'd listed in 13699 (which closed today) had already sold, since they weren't at especially keen rates. Checking the loan listing on the SM, only 2 (two!) parts were available in total and neither of them were mine. When I delisted and relisted my missing 8, 2 of them appeared (bringing the total to 4) but not the other 6. Trying it again, 4 of mine appeared but not the other 4. Crazy

Today I have discovered almost by chance, 2 loans that were listed under the 'loans for sale' tab but looking at the 'My Loan Parts' from summary page they were listed as 'live'.
One had 5 days to run and the other 11 days so these 'errors' have occurred on separate days. I can only assume that Futile Calculations have 2 databases that sometimes don't match up.
As long as you have less than 500 parts up for sale then it is fairly easy to find if you've got any discrepancies.
Firstly go to 'My Loan Parts' and change the view to For sale (menu on the right). Then export to your favourite spreadsheet.
Then go to sell tab and 'Loan Parts for sale. Set the per page to 500.
Highlight all of the entries by dragging over the first one, then scrolling to the bottom of the page and shift/clicking at the end of the last entry.
Select copy.
Open the spreadsheet you have made and click on the cell in the column to the right of the existing data and in row 2 (the data does not have the column headers).
Then paste.
A quick glance at the bottom of the data will show if you have a discrepancy - both data sets should have the same number of entries.
If they are different you will have to sort them into order (I used Loan title) to find the missing ones.
Then de-list and re-list any that have dropped off.

I have noticed something similar. It happened when I had put parts in the same loan up for sale on different days. As long as there was at least one part that had not yet sold, and at least one part that was no longer for sale, then all the parts appeared as live in the loan parts summary. However, the sell individually tab would not display any parts in that loan.
