I understand Liam Brook and the company LP Alhambra Limited are being represented by Isadore Goldman.

Sounds expensive. Who will be payig the bill? Well like most defendants himself. If the legal action fails then he'll be able to claims legal costs in the case back from the claimant otherwise it'll be out of his own pocket.
It's my understanding that the courts can consent to his legal fees being paid from his own frozen funds.
All speculation of course as to what's actually happening.

I received an e-mail an hour ago - Wow wow wow. What it says? I didn't receive anything I suspect this is a rodent specific email that isn't in public distribution.

I'm working on releasing a version as we speak, prob to be in a separate thread so it can act as a wiki for the impending litigation.
