Your predictions are not as impressive as they used to be.

Lets hope 110 late payment turns up today along with 38.
I could have sworn there was a statement that payments would continue during the review? Maybe it meant that payments would continue to be late during the review.

Would it be fair to say they are all overdue? History suggests when that is the case only odd ones get paid at a time and in a random order. However just in case the 'implied' refinancer is reading. Odd they are normally as punctual as a really punctual thing.

Would it be fair to say they are all overdue? 73 & 89 are up to date although that could change in the next few days.

But aren't available on the SM loan exchange, so presumably ABLrate know something that we don't.

"LENDER UPDATE 10 December 2021: Pending a wholesale review of the Borrower we are temporarily suspending trading in the Loan Exchange. During this period the Borrower is continuing to make its payments as they become due. Further information will be provided in due course."

And given the lack of further update to state that they have not continued to make payments as they become due, one can only assume that ablrate are receiving payments but failing to pass them on to lenders, or that the platform are failing to update lenders that the borrower is failing to honor the update communicated to us (presumably with their prior knowledge) less than a month ago. Either way, ablrate are failing.

Anyone see the TV last night, program saying how hot the 2nd hand car market is due to lack of supply of new cars. Demand driving high prices etc. If that is the case what is the issue with these loans ablrate ?

Just to confirm, all the car loans are now officially late.

They probably took a look at the way ablrate are being so generous to AF and thought : "Well, if he's not being forced to pay his interest then why should we?"
