chris I think you said recently that it was possible to reduce your position in a proposal without losing your place. I'm thinking of Aberystwyth, I've prebids of £800, £100 and another £100 how do I change that to somewhere between £300 to £500? I noticed that the New Anglesey loan 102 went live late at night, so thanks to the one person and/or whole team (mods please delete the inappropriate) doing the work, it might be an idea that a link to the new loan be put on the old loan chris? I know there's a lender update on the old one but it just looks like it did get paid in time rather then a New/Extension took place. If you're reading this and not officially at work chris go and have a cup of tea and enjoy your weekend... there's no hurry. Missed this when you posted it (think I ignored it as it was the weekend and then I forgot about it). Auto Invest can adjust your prebids in place for you. If you reduce your target to the level you want it will shrink / delete your prebids as appropriate. It can't grow your prebids in place though, it would keep your existing prebids and then add an additional prebid at the end of the queue for the excess.

My Favourites. Now that the Investments tab shows numerous loans both "Live Loans Available for Investment" and "Completed Loans Available for Investment", it would be pleasing to be able to specify a "My Favourites" list, like on FC. Well, not really like FC. AC loans tend to be of better quality. Nevertheless, "My Favourites" would be helpful, and it could include eveything you want to keep an eye on.

Trivial to implement so remind me after the site refresh and we can discuss how / where it fits in to the new screens.

Would like to have :
* Total of Accrued interest (to avoid having to add up 40 different loans) * Show in the Loan Units section the 'expiry date' of each loan, therefore seeing easily the loans coming to an end (and if I could export that, I would be able to calculate the term remaining on each loan

Changing the subject a bit, but as markr has said on the libel fears thread, I too am surprised at the amount of detail on loan requests that is available to the casual viewer of the Assetz website eg. company names, nature and extent of guarantors' assets and so on. Presumably AC have actively decided to allow this info to be seen by anyone and it hasn't happened by default (sorry to use the 'd' word!).

The designs are changing soon which will shuffle some of this information around but our compliance and legal departments have final say on how much is shown.

In the dashboard, under Your units, would it be possible to highlight in red non-performing loans ? Loans for which "There has been a change in the credit position of this loan." That would help us identify quickly these loans and look for an update. Also, I think it would be good to get some sort of alert, either through email, or when entering the site when one of the loans you own has suffered a change in its credit position.

I think the above proposal by cyrilmadrid is excellent - maybe 2 shades of warning - one where there is the official change in credit position and one where the payment is late but no official notification (like the scouser one at present).

Asking again, but also being able to export the 'expiry' date of the loan (date of final reimbursement) -or any indication of time remaining- would be useful to control time remaining on the loans.

Not checked the previous pages but here are my suggestions.
1) Email/text notification when interest is paid in to my account so that I don't have to check frequently
2) Total Accrued Interest in the Your Loan Units section so that I don't have to keep adding it up every time I log in

I had prebids on this and two others that have lurked in the shadows for ages cluttering up my dashboard so last week I chopped 'em. I'm in the exact same position that my dashboard is enormous can we have it so that we can collapse all pre-bids into a just a total for each loan, similarly all my £20 shadow-bids? Or simply have a button so we can jump to the start of our pre-bids etc. just as we have one for our Loan Units. No doubt the coming Update will do many things like this? Any update on when the New 'Loan Book Stats Portal' will be on line chris? Or is that whats being tested in London today?

Ton ⓉⓞⓃ - what was demoed today is a large scale rebuild of the existing website, change in auction process for the lenders, additional automation tools, and some other enhancements and changes to the way things work. It's very wide ranging and is eating all the dev teams time at the moment. I have a feeling that launch timescales will be discussed publicly very soon as we're aiming to organise physical and virtual events to support that launch and therefore we need to give lenders notice. Email alerts have been coded for 6 months but never plumbed in as there have always been higher priorities. May make it into the relaunched site, if not then I'll push for it soon after. It's an important feature for us. Edit: Total accrued interest is included in the rebuild.
