Is there some way that one can see a summary or listing of the aftermarket activity in the previous day or week? It would be very interesting to see the volume of movements on each loan, especially with a view to judging the liquidity of one's portfolio. Perhaps the imminent new system has it already, but if not can it be considered for future development? I'm open to it but it will probably wait until after we get the new site out the door. Do keep reminding me until it, or something similar, appears. Thanks. Definitely it should wait until the new site is launched and bedded down.

chris When exporting My Loans, would it be possible to export the 'Loan Suspended' field ? That would be useful to compute the amount of capital/interest 'at risk'. Thanks.

Apologies if mentioned elsewhere: We are now in tax year 2015 to 2016. Therefore I would expect "Interest for Previous UK tax year" (on dashboard) to show me how much interest I earned April 2014 to March 2015. It doesn't, it shows me how much interest I earned April 2013 to March 2014.

This is a very minor thing but it really bugs me. From the dashboard, if I want to see my transactions, I have to click on the little "options" icon on the right, which then gives me only one option, "transactions", which I have to click. I frequently click "options" and forget the second click, sitting there like a dummy waiting for something to happen. As there is only one option, can we go straight to transactions please?

It doesn't, it shows me how much interest I earned April 2013 to March 2014. I think they're using this system for determining the current tax year - xkcd.com/1514/i.e. the current tax year stays the same until someone complains that it is showing the wrong year, and then they can manually change it to the correct tax year... which I expect IT have coded in such a way that an admin is expected to do it manually, so they can both blame each other again! A more realistic figure seems to be shown in Reports -> Tax Statement, although the quick and incorrect fix for the problem of withholding tax now means that the numbers there are in the wrong format and/or potentially misleading.

I have no problem with lynnanthony's suggestion, but there is another way. Click on 'Reports' at the top of the Dashboard display and then select the report you want to see. That seems more intuitive to me than having to click on three meaningless horizontal bars, but that's just me, and it also does require two clicks whereas if the suggestion were to be implemented just one click would be required.

Suggestion: Browse Loans->Targetted is fairly redundant as targets are set for every loan (unless you want to exit that loan) you have, so it ends up being about the same as invested. It would be more useful, I think, to list outstanding targets - that is, where the holding /= target amount. That way, I could use it to adjust targets down if, say, I was running short of cash, or to see if I need to increase more if I have too much cash on hand. chris ?

The new Projected Drawdown column in Upcoming Loans is very welcome, but the dates often get moved.
My understanding is that 3-5 days before a new loan drawsdown the underwriters are requested to settle their bids. This only happens when all documents are in place and the loan is ready to go.
Can AC please update the system when this event happens by setting a banner "underwriting called" on the appropriate loan in the Upcoming Loans section.
This would allow lenders to see which loans are definitely about to drawdown.

Could we have two new categories on the "Browse Loans" page? I would like BUYING and SELLING.
BUYING is all loans for which (YOUR TARGET > YOUR HOLDING), and SELLING is all loans for which (YOUR TARGET < YOUR HOLDING).
(You might need something to allow for precision error.)

We think there should definitely be a facility for lenders to be able to see their account balance on any given date in the past, as you can with other financial institutions and banks. We were told, a while ago now, that it was something AC had in the pipeline but we believe it really should be sorted out urgently. Please could you let us know if this will be a feature available soon?
