Happy Days oldgrumpy ...........In case you have not seen this yet the loan page now shows paused instruction in an orange(ish) colour. You can't get them to sort to top/bottom of list like active buy/sell instructions so you will need to scan through all your invested loans to see them but this is a big improvement. Thanks for your efforts in getting this raised within AC. Edit: Oh and thanks chris , useful improvement Excellent. Simple and effective. I found three switched off instructions just now which I didn't know about. They could've been like that for the next few weeks. Thank you chris And, even better, if you click the instructed tab on loans listing it shows all paused instructions alongside your active ones......perfect!

I just received an email about <MOD edit: loan no.437> turbine. That's odd I thought, I wouldn't have imagined I had invested in that, go to site, log on, find it. zero invested zero instructed. Oh I get it, it must be the GEIA. My suggestion - if you email me concerning a loan I have a fraction of on the GEIA or similar, please say so in the email. That's it thanks

Looking at my GBBA transactions I am unable to change the dates for the report (firefox win10) I have had this problem for about a month (also firefox win 10). When I raised it with AC, they could only suggest that it was a problem with my computer. I have tried everything I can think of, but cannot get it work. I do not have this problem with any other site. Would be grateful if anyone has solved it.

It's not worked for me either for a few weeks - Chrome 56 on Fedora, so not a Firefox or Windows specific problem.

Download was fine too.

Works for me with Firefox on Win 7 and Win 10. I wonder if it needs Adobe Flash Player? I know Firefox blocks that if it is not the latest version. Or perhaps you have an Add-in which is blocking the calendar. Or maybe it needs Java?

Calendar, what calendar? Just tried another browser, still missing. Click in the 'between' date box and it appears. AHA. Click INSIDE the date box and nada. Click on the words BETWEEN and AND and it does. No bubblehelp, no flyout. The opposite of instinctive. Still 3 ands in a row is a bit of a bonus Thanks

I see a new (assuming that it is new!) page has been added, with a sum of all balances... www.assetzcapital.co.uk/investments/product-statement/view/all(or reports, balance statement). Its a nice snapshot of the value in each account including cash swept into the QAA. Basically a condensed version of the numbers on the dashboard page. Most amusingly... the disclaimer at the bottom: Your total investment in the table above shows as £<redacted>.31 but if you hover over it, you will see it is actually £<redacted>.30504985602878102058. We only display 2 decimal places (rounded down) for ease of use.
The reason I say amusingly, is that the number in the table is actually, £<redacted>.30, so it doesn't match the explanation. Admittedly, I am amused by somewhat odd things.

Yes, it is there but the numbers in the report not match the dashboard! (For information, chris) They are all wrong apart from the numbers for the Green and Property accounts (the two smallest ones). There are £thousands out in some cases.

Yep, mismatched here too. Higher on this page. Might the figures be the highest on the day, so 'awaiting investment' + 'invested' is always going to be higher by the amount traded?
Is anyone's total lower on this 'new' page, linked to by jonah, than on your dashboard?
