2 But where has #137 Ep***g gone? because it is neither at the beginning nor the end (Nobody will be surprised to hear I have a longstanding sell instruction, fortunately not for a large amount)
It's still visible for me. Forgive me if this is obvious, but have you tried finding it by sorting the loans by loan number? I didn't explain properly. Yes I can find it. But when I sort by Instruction (and it has a sell order) it's not at the beginning (with all the buy oders) nor the end (with the sell orders), which it should be. There are only three possible types, Already Buying, Already Selling, and Not Buying Nor Selling (those which have the red and green + and - symbols). #137 is not to be found in either of the first two categories, it's hidden somewhere in the middle of the 9 pages of loans

I note that particular loan is 'Trading Suspended'.

And anyway it's a pretty duff sort which chucks some instructed loan into the middle of the uninstructed loans

I've not read the previous 44 pages but if no one has suggested the antiquated withdrawal process, then this immediately sticks out to me as a new investor. Having to supply bank details each time and 4 working days to receive funds is a hark back to banking 30 years ago. It leaves a poor impression for me.

IIRC, chris said a fix for this just missed the most recent sprint but should be going in shortly. I'm sure he'll confirm. I totally agree, it's very odd that this exists on an otherwise modern platform. Literally this morning I filled in the form and, just to be sure, logged into one of my bank accounts to check - found I had put a 4 instead of a 2 for one of the digits for god knows what reason!

I haven't read the other 44 either. Can some who is more diligent update on the earnings tab situation, it always time outs before delivering an answer. Thanks

I too find it annoying that this is missing. What is makes it more irritating is it has been requested numerous times as far back as December 2013, yes 13. chris thought then it was likely to be developed soon. It is about time the business gave it sufficient priority and get it done. It doesn't sound like a complicated request and they have probably spent more time answer questions about it than it would take to develop. Hope this encourages it to get into the next sprint (and stay there).

I do think that overall AC are doing a great job, but it's disappointing when simple improvements like this are not made, which makes one wonder how well AC management know their lenders.

Has anyone ever got a Tax Statement. I can't get as far as the Tax page before being timed out, now it has been "improved"

I can't get as far as the Tax page before being timed out, now it has been "improved" Layout and calculations have been improved, the speed up is still being tested and is due to go live soon. As that's a ground up rewrite of the calculations there's a lot of testing to do to compare the output to the old tax statement and make sure they match 100%.

Staff are helpful (and probably more feed up than me). Just seems such a basic feature even if it it technically challenging.

If I have a sell instruction on a loan, and a partial repayment occurs, the sell instruction should be reduced by the amount of the partial repayment - a partial repayment has the same effect from a seller's point of view as a partial sale - it reduces the loan holding and increases the cash balance.
Otherwise, I may end up selling more of the loan than I intended.
Spotted this issue when I wondered why I had a sale instruction for considerably more than my current holding, on a loan where the sale instruction should have been to sell most, but not all of my current holding.

A sell instruction is your offer to " sell a certain amount", not to " reduce your loan holding to a certain level". You should take into consideration any pending repayments. Would you expect a partial loan repayment to automatically generate a purchase instruction for the repaid loan?
