So now at least all the instructions in "My Access Account Marketplace Instructions" show the correct source - but if I choose to display Standard Only it lists my IFISA instructions, and vice versa.
The ease with which bugs swagger through whatever passes for QA, on their way to the live system, may not frighten Assetz Capital, but by God it's beginning to frighten me.

Yup, I've got the exact same thing happening. Confused the hell out of me until I figured out what was going on. I assume this bug is on someone's "to do" list ?

Have AC changed the Buy @ discount options? Used to be that, as long as I had cash available, when I clicked on Buy in an Access Account, it would show me the best rate available. Now it shows me nothing about available rates until I enter something (say £1) in the 'Amount' box. Seems AC are determined to make their whole system less friendly each day that passes.

I noticed the same thing this morning.

I noticed the same thing this morning. Yep, they seem to be intent on limiting access to market data and making the secondary market as opaque as possible. (Buy @ 5.60% currently)
The layout of the marketplace instructions has changed too, discount sought now in brackets rather than a tooltip.
Publicly published version numbers and release notes on the platform wouldn't be a bad thing.

Unusually, an AC change that I find useful.

Yesterday I was able to set up an at par withdrawal on IFISA QAA which had several invest instructions already. I then got a distriubtion for today at par. This afternoon one of these investment instructions was activated (I purchased at a discount of 6.8%) . I wanted to add a new investment limit at 7% but was prevented by the existing at par withdrawal. So I cancelled the withdrawal, successfully set up my new investment instruction and went back to reinstate the withdrawal at par request but couldn't [scratches head]

Does that explain it?

I've just tried that and it seems not to want to set up an instruction. Maybe it will only work if the investment is immediate?

Thanks for replys. I can only think that AC has tweaked the system (at the same time they altered the way instructions are now displayed slightly differently) so it now conforms to what they had previously stated/intended - that to sell at par you cannot have any pending investments. If you think about it it you never had that option in the MLA either. As it was I collected pennies at the last distritbution...

Also you can't (now) invest, either immediately or to set up an instruction, if you're selling at par (or I presume at a discount). It looks like the system is being constantly tweaked. This is why I've set my interest payments (to buy at a discount) to go to an account which has no sell instructions. This could get quite messy next Tuesday (1st) if they haven't thought through everything!

This is weird.
I tried investing £1 in my IFISA 90DAA a/c (all money on withdrawal at par, most past its withdrawal dates) - rejected I tried investing £1 in my IFISA 30DAA a/c (all money on withdrawal at par, none past its withdrawal dates) - accepted

Just to add another variable into the mix, I'm due some cashback in about 2 weeks. I wonder where that will go?

Cat is reportedly amongst pigeons. Expect discounts to rise!
