It's easy to stay fully invested in CP now.
The number of investors per loan has dropped considerably, rising occasionally after repayments due to recycling of autoinvest cash.
Two loans have had availability all weekend, and a third for most of it.
Tomorrow's loan, which would likely have been autoinvest only in the past, has either a £5k manual pledge limit or is unlimited depending on whether one believes the email or the loan particulars.

There's been very little paid back for a few months and they've got a lot of huge multi-phase active loans to fill. Maybe a little reassuring colour content in the weekly emails would help instead of glossing over it. They will probably get past it in their usual cards close to the chest way but it's not sustainable. I haven't been investing in new loans and I can't reduce my investment either !

I have been fully invested for quite some time and have stopped putting in new funds. Interest rates have been falling, there have been some large and ongoing funding requirements and the amounts overdue seem to be slowly increasing - about which loans there is little/no transparency as to why. Time for me to be cautious.

Agree with the lack of transparency being a worry. I am becoming increasingly unimpressed with the number of overdue loans and the lack of updates. I'm struggling to obtain an adequate response from CP even after messaging them directly.

I'm struggling to obtain an adequate response from CP even after messaging them directly. Agreed. Me too. I have been withdrawing funds for 12 months now. My portfolio of loans has almost 50% of my capital as late, overdue. I have been growing increasingly concerned about CP and the potential/ likelihood of losses.

CP definitely have their own way of doing things having never addressed anything raised in this forum either in foreground or background mode.

The CrowdProperty Representative used to be very active and responsive on the forum. For example, I recall that they scrapped their ISA transfer fees following discussions here. However, they haven't responded to any posts since Sept 2020, and haven't even logged in since Feb of this year. It's a great shame in my view, but not untypical of platforms once they get over their initial struggle to get lenders interested. I agree that they appear to be completely disinterested in addressing platform issues now, regardless of how they are raised (I've tried tragging them here, messaging their customer services and directly messaging with the CEO, all to no avail beyond a fairly polite brushoff). I guess that it made sense to them to concentrate their efforts elsewhere while there was a massive over supply of lender funds (not that I agreed with that decision). It remains to be seen whether they will put some effort into the various platform issues now that the loans are taking longer to fill, or whether they'll concentrate on institutional funding instead. I should add that, despite the above, I still feel that CP is a good investment opportunity. It's still my second biggest platform, and I've no plans to reduce my investment there.

The percentage of overdue loans is bound to increase during drawdown, as on-time loans repay. My active account, where I'm generally reinvesting repayments and occasionally adding new funds, currently has 18% of loans by value overdue. The account has good diversification of over 100 loans. I don't agree that there is any significant likelihood of losses from a well diversified account. I don't see why that conclusion would be drawn from a platform that's curated 571 loans with roughly 50% paid back with no losses so far.

And I have a loan which is 3 weeks late without any update since it went live, lose the customer focus, lose the customers, just saying...

CP are more focussed on GROWTH than the trail that is starting to build up behind them.CP had a massive boost when the 12%ers platforms went down the panand many lenders jumped on board.i think a lot of these borrowers are very clever when it comes to p2p loans and what goes on behind platform and borrowers does not always come out until it is to late.
