I'm happy with the returns on UB which are around 7% however my cash drag is increasing. Currently 12%. I've noticed some competitors sites are are the top of Google searches now.
Are other UB investors experiencing similar figures?

Are other UB investors experiencing similar figures? Not seeing any cash drag at all beyond anything from available funds being below apparent min investment level (£5) Rarely have funds above that level sat in my account more than 24hrs without being reinvested. Only a small investment so perhaps that helps churn.

Yes, mine have increased quite a bit the past couple of days. 3 of the accounts I'm managing have 7%, 9% and 10% cash.
My returns are a bit better though. The XIRRs are 8.92%, 8.81% and 9.21% excluding cashback.

It is a drag in more than one sense. I've managed to get £2000 invested in 3 months. I hope they have a growth plan. Maybe they don't need to if they have a high percentage of HNW investors.

Have people received the email of 7 May? "As a financial services company we have been able to stay open throughout the pandemic working safely and according to the government guidelines. In view of the amount of excellent office space available we have taken the opportunity to move to larger offices still in the City of London. .... We thank you for your continued support and as the economy opens up again we look forward to utilising your funds to the best extent possible with initiatives planned to attract more borrowers." The offices look very posh, though they are Flexioffices, not sure what to read into that. Also note the discussion on this thread (from four months ago) about promoting the high-end business p2pindependentforum.com/thread/18162/new-loans-ub In short, I think they know business could be increased - and time will tell. Edit after quarter of an hour - Flexioffice banner ads are already appearing at the foot of my Forum pages!

I saw that email too and read into it that they may grow.
No cash drag here. Cash < 1% and 5 auto-investments during the last two weeks. Very small amount in UB. Perhaps that matters.

Not sure how you guys are keeping invested. My uninvested funds keep increasing, I withdraw half of the uninvested amount, the uninvested increases again and so the cycle continues.... At some stage, I'll have nothing left in UB.

wher no cash drag is occuring....is this due to investing settings in all options and maybe increasing the value of lend in each segment? Im mostly in gold loans but they only llend out at around a fiver

Based on my max settings I have only been averaging about 4% allocation per loan. The majority are 2.5% i.e. £5. I've maybe had 1 or 2 full allocations.

Not sure how others are managing to invest fully . The question is - reduce unlent cash or leave it sitting in the hope it will eventually go on loan.

My uninvested cash has been slowly increasing which is why it is a shame their ISA transfer out process is so slow!

At some stage, I'll have nothing left in UB. The same here. Uninvested cash keeps growing and I'm withdrawing from time to time when it gets above the certain level. It's been like this since COVID began, my investment reduced by about 40% since.
