The new loan *****A9CC links to Asset Pool 8. The repaid loans *****8CEC, ****8CDF and *****8CD7 (and possibly others that I wasn’t lending to) all link to Asset Pool 2, which has an identical contents list (including watch reference numbers) to Asset Pool 8. So it's clearly a refinance of the same assets. It seems very odd that the new loan isn't directly linked to the repaid loans as being to the same borrower. Perhaps a new borrower has taken over the business of the old borrower (pure speculation). And another new loan, *****A9E7, using the same asset pool, offered up to buy above the amount that has been auto-enrolled. Not sure I like the way you could get exposed with a large amount to the same lender without it being obvious. Loan to the same borrower. Auto-lend didn't give me any allocation to *****A9E7. This suggests that "Maximum investment commitment per Loan" setting protects me from overexposure to the same borrower.

Another unusual loan today, with my share of £9.28 on a loan of a little over £1500. Normally this would be the minimum £5 on such a small loan. I didn't get any of this loan. Allocated to 4 loans today, 86E, 9C2, 9E4 and 9E1.

Loan to the same borrower. Of course, I'm not some one who confuses lending and borrowing!

Where is the option to create a Classic account when you already have an IFISA account ?

Where is the option to create a Classic account when you already have an IFISA account ? I think that the only place is on the unbolted.com/uk/investing/ page. I don't think there's any way to connect the accounts, at least I couldn't find one, so you need a second email address for the second account.

My cash drag stays within my criteria since mid July (I didn't need to make any transactions since). I guess it's to do with reduced frequency of large loan's events. My XIRR is currently 8.52%, I'm happy with performance figure, but I'm still very far from reaching "break even" point on UB. Comparing to LC - the same strategy for both (slow start and go with the flow), roughly the same value invested, the time of first investment is only 46 days apart (both approaching 6th anniversary), no bonuses... My current LC XIRR is slightly less (8.12%), but my profit is already 0.7% above the remaining capital.

When I created an IFISA account after having had a standard account already, they told me that needs a new/independent account with another email address. That's 2 years ago. Things may have changed. Worth sending an email to UB?

It's it just me or does there seem to be a bit of a slow down in new loans lately.

It's impossible to get fully invested. I was thinking about a 2nd account to defeat the algorithm but I can't be arsed. Everytime I take money out my cash holding increases.

I put in 3k months ago and got just over 1k invested in an ISA.
Going to transfer most of the rest out I think, with rates rising I don't want dead money.
I only got £32 invested in the last week.

I only got £32 invested in the last week. £68 invested last week for me which was the lowest in 21 weeks I've had the account open, and an early repayment of £238 made for the first net decrease.

It seems the additional marketing we funded by reduced interest rates isn't working.
