I have got to say that grilled Spam butties with HP sauce are the food of the gods Haven't had it for a while but I can vividly recall the pure joy of hearing the mere rumour of battered spam "fritters" with chips for school lunch. Or Dinner as we called it in my primary state school up North. Happy days!
