An Australian swimming club has introduced a 'no nudity' rule in its changing room and showers. A sign advises swimmers to "shower in your swimming costume and change with your towel around you".
Not specifically related to that club. But there have been a few complaints about obviously biological men parading naked in female changing rooms and showers. There are going to have to be rules in place if men identifying as women are allowed in with girls and women.

Micheal Vaughan not proven, what a shock the evidence of one white privileged male believed above that of several Asians, and the ECB would not want their ex captain tainted would they.

White privilege... Hmm... I'm more persuaded by the panel's findings that Rafiq's "recall was inconsistent" and the case against Vaughan was "not sufficiently accurate and reliable".

Makes a change to not see a perfectly good man sacrificed on the Woke alter. Besides he won the Ashes and nothing else he did bothers me a damn.

"not proven" is a peculiar Scottish concept meaning that the jury believed the accused to be guilty but did not think the prosecution made their case beyond reasonable doubt. As such IMHO, his commentary career is over

I also see no expansion of my view being necessary in truth. Least of all some strange juxtaposition started in your mind as opposed to mine. Yes his career is ruined regardless, such is the modern World.

Micheal Vaughan not proven, what a shock the evidence of one white privileged male believed above that of several Asians, and the ECB would not want their ex captain tainted would they.I don't believe this comment makes sense. It was the ECB that bought the charges. And the board that heard the case is essentially independent of the ECB. And multiple other white people have been found guilty of some of the charges. I have a lot of time for Mike Atherton, not withstanding that of course he would be friendly with Vaughan. His commentary about the mess of the whole enquiry over the last couple of months and including post verdict I have found quite compelling. And it is not a million miles away from Vaughan's post verdict statement. In which it should be noted he has continued to acknowledge the 'experience' that the accusing individual(s) had. Remember also that Root has been a witness/party to some of this and has not backed up accusations in relation to Vaughan, and I for one would suggest that Root's moral compass and sensitivity to discrimination is pretty well turned up. Much of the case specifically in relation to Vaughan seemed to be extremely ropey, including other players declining to back up the accusation. I should add that when this all started out, my starting point was that while very sad Vaughan had probably been caught out was probably 'guilty'.

I couldn't give the first toss about cricket - or indeed any sport - but I find it a slightly strange concept that somebody might have done their job well at some point in the past, ergo they can't possibly be anything but a lovely person in all directions.
It seems to me that plenty of successful people in all sorts of fields have been unequivocally grade-A unlovely in all sorts of ways.

Micheal Vaughan not proven, what a shock the evidence of one white privileged male believed above that of several Asians, and the ECB would not want their ex captain tainted would they. Lets not forget that 5 white priviledged males were found guilty, and that evidence against Vaughan from several asian players was considered to be not consistent. Also lets not forget that the main protagonist in this matter has made anti semitic posts on twitter and has previous for playing the race card.
That said, I struggle with some of the things that went on at Yorkshire. Who in their right mind would think that trying to get muslim players to drink alcohol was a good idea? But on the other side of the coin, if a foreign player has a complicate name that nobody can pronounce, is it realy racist to give them a nickname such as fred or george?
