The two Americans suing Universal because they hired the film Yesterday on the basis that Ana da Armas is in the trailer but found she was cut from the film. Cost of rental $3.99. Damages claim $5million.

Damages claim $5million. They are seeking $5m in compensation on behalf of all affected viewers. That's very good of them isn't it, but I would query how they have calculated the sum without knowing how many affected viewers there are.

So who gets to receive and spend the $5m? Them, on behalf of all the others? How... selfless... I presume this is the trailer in question. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry9honCV3qcMs De Armas is the person sharing the sofa in the chat show scene, 1m55 on. I make her appearance in the trailer less than 10 seconds, with maybe half of that showing her face in any recognisable way. She isn't credited in the trailer. On IMDB, she's listed under "rest of cast" as uncredited. And, off that... "The lawsuit alleges that the marketing for Yesterday was “false, misleading, and deceptive,” and accuses Universal of using de Armas’s “fame, radiance, and brilliance to promote the film.”"Barking.

Apparently it made a clean getaway. It was found in a multi-storey car park; a police spokesman said "This thing sucks on so many levels"
