it’s possible. Surely the restaurant won’t charge unborn children of those preggers. You can argue the food aren’t being shared the same way They are not children

Depends on the t&cs ... 'you' can be both plural & singular so its not entirely ludicrous I think the T&Cs said per person.

I went to a hotel for dinner earlier this year. There were buffet and a la carte menu. I was told explicitly buffet food cannot be shared with anyone else. I ended up having buffet for 6 persons instead of 3 buffets and separate dishes.
Back to the “amused” story, what did her group end up paying? $15.99 x number of people in her group?
or $15.99 x number of people in her group + other food and drinks?
