When everyone is "working" from home its probably a lot more tricky to organise. Not really: the normal mechanism is to get people to send their thoughts in by email and have someone write them in or print them off and stick them in. Perhaps the office printer, in an outbreak of good taste, rebelled at having to print the thoughts that had been conveyed....

It feels like this story has been kicking around for years.
I have no knowledge of Bitcoin, so am a bit confused by this.
- Are the coins stored on the hard drive, or are they in a wallett elsewhere and it is the key that is on the hard drive?
- How does he prove the coins exist and they are his?
the key to the wallet is stored on the drive, I believe it is assumed if you have the key to the wallet the contents are yours How does he prove how many coins are in the wallet (which I assume is key before anyone funds this nonsense).

Hardly the same as card full with best wish and notes all written individually.

Ended 180-3 Not often you see only 3 bowlers used and they all end up with an economy figure < 2 England on the other hand might struggle to win

Not 'news' but 'news to me today'. How come I got to today years old without knowing this? And yes, I've just tried it. Even doing it freehand seems to be good enough, as long as you drop them with a nice vertical orientation.

🤣
I didn’t know forged ID is required to play call of duty in the bear side today.
They speak fluent Russians as well? I wonder what their passport photos look like, Russian facial appearance as well?

Dunno when I last bought disposable batteries, though (except for one recent distress-purchase). Rechargable FTW! I've just bought a different AA/AAA charger - www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07NPNHTD4 - leagues ahead of the old one that was dog slow, required paired batteries, and gave no progress indication bar an LED to say if it was still charging. I did have one AA that wouldn't charge in this one at first, though - too flat. Two seconds in the other one, and it had enough to be recognised and start to charge.

I use an old battery charger. I've been experimenting with charging non rechargeable batteries. I can report that the house didn't burn down. And furthermore, it doesn't work with AA etc batteries. Maybe because of that gel thing discussed above. But the 9v square box batteries, the ono rechargeable versions of these do recharge and hold that charge indefinitely. So if you have a series of guitar fx pedals or whatever else they are still used for, there's a tip for ya.

PP3s - I don't play guitar, but I've got 'em in (I think) four or five smoke alarms, IR thermometer, multimeter... Probably some other stuff I've forgotten.

Help, where am I going wrong? Dropped it from a foot high as advised. Smashed a hole through the dining room table, acid burning the floor tiles, SWMBO on the warpath.... I reckon a new battery for the car would have been cheaper.

Make sure to check your home insurance small print... www.screwfix.com/p/varta-ready2use-rechargeable-9v-batteries/9427K
