Anyone like to hazard a guess as to why the update promised the week before last hasn't been issued? Doncaster not working yet would be my guess. I posted earlier with directions to the general vicinity of the site, suggesting that anyone passing by could take a look and let us know what’s what. That post got unnecessarily interfered with by a moderator. It's just behind & north of the Amazon Warehouse.

What is the procedure as far the first charge N--S loan being paid back for the power business, that we have second charge on. Where does the repayment come from with the 'V' tie up.

Do any other lenders wonder what's going on in Scotland? Here are three (of the many) things that make me wonder: - the asset owning company L******g W*******g R****t is on a suspended notice for strike off. Presumably only because it is late filing accounts & confirmation statement? If this company was struck off, it would likely be quite a bit of work to undo the bona vacantia process. - the parent company W*******g R*****s is on a suspended notice for strike off. Presumably only because it is late filing accounts, confirmation statement and a current PSC statement? If this company was struck off, it would be likely be quite a bit of work to undo the bona vacantia process. - there has been quite a bit of change at Huddle (ablrate & huddle's spv are both registered charge holders & the 26%:74% shareholders respectively of W*******g R*****s). The parent company of the Huddle SPV that holds the registered charges has a new Director since 1 Feb 2023. She became the sole Director on 1 April 2023 and PSC on 28 April 2023. i.e. Huddle seems to have a new owner. If anyone can check these things are correct, that would be appreciated. Your skills at investigating these things are way better than mine, but yes it does look like what you've stated is correct. I have no idea why LAK is now involved, or whether it's relevant that she is also the MD of a litigation funder. I'm completely lost on what's happening and what's relevant in the ABLrate loan shenanigans. But perhaps that's the intention.

Fenchurch & Mintos ... plenty of history ... not exactly positive. Maybe Huddle is the route to resurrection of the LF business.

It's all beginning to smell rather iffy.

There is an anonymous and very light on detail pitch on angel investment network that made me wonder if it might be AF. Does anyone else see the similarities? "Looking to raise £1m Energy Storage Developer location North East, United Kingdom Large-Scale battery storage projects connecting to the high-voltage grid. Projects secured and in early stage development which need capital for planning progression. Highlights High ROI Equity and loan agreement Highly desirable and high value projects Projects already secured via signed exclusivity and HOTs Highly experienced within the industry To develop a 1000MW portfolio of BESS projects and sell via a framework agreement to an infrastructure fund at a £/MW rate, within 12 months. The team consists of 3 senior industry professionals with a combined experience of almost 60 years, as well as internal and external sales staff/lead generators." I am sure a career in investigative journalism awaits you (maybe a column like the One in the Mail on Sunday)

According to the text accompanying a 26 July 2023 video on the turnkey contractor's YouTube channel, F********r Doncaster is "now completed and handed over to UK infrastructure developer F*******r and is in commercial operation" Now that is very good news of course There are also posts on the linkedin pages of the contractor and F*******r I am surprised that it didn't warrant any comment by ablrate I've written to DBW on this topic a couple of times in the last month, this was his last response (24 July): "As I have said to you previously, we are awaiting the lawyers coming back to us with sign off on the addendum. I have been speaking with Mr Foreman on a weekly basis and we expect to have something soon"

Basically, since the Greensill, DBW has supported AF by giving back any shares held, agreed with his non-service of loans and justified this with the need to keep the AF group afloat, all with the promise of jam tomorrow.
However, it seems AF has used this time to get his ducks in a row, protect the family silver and walk away from the debt.
That is in a nutshell the turd DBW has been sprinkilng with glitter for the past two years.
Dubai is welcome to him.
