Ah tonight you are wrong in the other direction. two with a combined 20K D*****3 I think that is the older brother of dave4 . D******3 seems to have lost the plot. The investment has been spread over the higher risk tranches, when they could have had the same 16% in the lowest risk tranche! I didn't look at the bid times but would guess it was funds being transferred 'as available' so maybe semi defensive in case the loan disappeared rapidly. That would not explain the last lump though. I note your N****1 was first off the blocks again. I must find a more useful hobby......

It's looking like it will fill today or tomorrow, that should please CL.

A lot of dosh to put in to one watch, but some are prepared to take the risk for high returns, not for me just the usual £250 It is currently £3800 short (maybe adding £5000 was a bad move). A quick scan suggests some have gone for a second nibble but probably now everybody has what they want/are comfortable with. At a guess the people most likely to get it over the line are the ones sitting on £20000 plus bids as they have most to gain (with the caveat that gain is heavily counterbalanced). Or the borrower adjusting the amount wanted. It would seem the lender base needs to grow a bit before large loans will become a regular event, unless the ones putting up large amounts can/are willing to repeat the trick.

Well, it certainly hasn't been quiet on CL in the last few days.
A quick look at the figures shows that very slightly over 60% of the loan is held by just 3 investors; the total number of investors stumping up cash was 51 (assuming that CL's anonymisation is correct and consistent); 42 put in up to £2,000. The wonderfully misleading average investment was £2,450. So yes, the lender base needs a lot more bodies....

Yep, this big loan has paid back... Not quite sure about the intrerest calculation, though. I'm asking CL.

Yep, this big loan has paid back... Not quite sure about the intrerest calculation, though. I'm asking CL. Got my very modest cp and interest back (interested in dh1 intrerest calc issue outcome). My first repayment, and have withdrawn (just to see timescale/ efficiency) as there is no new loans listed. Im interested in CL plans for the future up scaling. May Just annoy them with a e mail inquiry.

I've never made a withdrawal, but it looks like both, deposits and withdrawals, are managed very well.

Cl has the feel of the local shop on the corner from my youth. I do hope that any up scaling wont loose this too much. connectivelending its been a pleasure so far.
