Tranche 2 of PBL093 showing in the pipeline now as well. On experience of 2ND tranches, would this be expected to happen tomorrow,or maybe not until next week?

It's only happened the once before; PBL60 when a £200,000 tranche was placed on the Pipeline. From memory it went live the very next day it appeared.

Would like to see some more loans in the pipeline. Definitely would like to see a new good loan his week. No more doss houses, please ss. I do wonder what they were thinking, with that loan.

A non sequitur and hardly worth a mention, but I couldn't see a better thread to post this. Liam gets a small quote in the Telegraph about barn conversions. It refers to "a report by funding firm Saving Stream", but I'm not sure what SS report it's talking about. (I've linked it because I don't believe it identifies a borrower or any specific asset.) p2pindependentforum.com/thread/6123/ss-name-press

Kirklees has a few useful elements 1) a track record of competent councillors (i know, but it had to happen somewhere), especially in the renewals and planning area 2) a lot of large buildings with nothing to put in them mainly circa 1920 and of no special merit (though the old coop building has some good Art Nouveau features) 3) a growing university with a good chinese population whose parents want to hide invest their money in the west 4) some truely horrible/squalid basic housing where traditionally students would have been allowed to stay

42? Where did that number come from? (Aside from THGTTG reference.) It is the property number and not the PBL number.

I like the look of both of these new loans in the pipeline. I would like £5k of each, more likely get £50 & £500!

Am I right in thinking that £94,550 is the smallest loan on SS since the boat loans... I've been seeing a trend recently; it seems that SS are far more willing to accept these smaller loans. Very happy with these bricks and mortar loans, just a shame I won't be able to invest much...
