I like the look of both of these new loans in the pipeline. I would like £5k of each, more likely get £50 & £500! Am I right in thinking that £94,550 is the smallest loan on SS since the boat loans... I've been seeing a trend recently; it seems that SS are far more willing to accept these smaller loans. Very happy with these bricks and mortar loans, just a shame I won't be able to invest much... Looks like PBL21 @ £119k, was the previous smallest. Edit: Wow! they needed to give cashback to fill it

42, W**dl**d Road had planning submitted in Jan 2015 and accepted in Feb 2015 for change of use into a cemetery and parking for 6 cars. Anyone good at finding out what happened with that? I think that project wasn't "Bona Fide" had "skeletons in the closet", and "died a death"

The pipeline is spewing new proposals atm - no doubt from the same introducer. Agreed. All loans are small and property backed and low LTV, so an excellent development. Several already at stage 3. Shame i'm nearly broke(apart from my TC payments due tomorrow), great loans here and other sites, like FS, that I can't participate in. Unless something repays, what am I thinking! Those damn lawyers. Edit: They will probably all vanish by tomorrow

Edit: *Correct planning application date added. Would be nice to know if any bones made it into that 4 acres of land between Feb 2015 and now, potentially devaluing the plot and bungalow almost entirely. No, it wouldn't have been opened up, used, and closed so quickly - all while that bungalow's still in place. 'course, it isn't illegal to inter human remains in your own garden, so who knows?

Why all the new loans at once, why do the all go straight to stage 2 or 3?

Why all the new loans at once, why do the all go straight to stage 2 or 3? Maybe another bridging provider let the broker down, hence he bought a chunk of business to SS. Loans often pop up on the pipeline at stage 2 or 3, nothing unusual there.

Shame they don't give any indication about when they will go live, I hope they don't all go live on the same day.
I've sold my 3 lowest term loans ready to invest. The 2 365 term loans are the 2 I want and another, not interested in the 90 day loan.

Not before time too, its been increasingly difficult of late to invest in good long dated loans on the SM or pipeline. Don't want to find myself wondering off to other platforms savingstream

Wouldn't the planning acceptance alone give the go-ahead to start burying stuff, even if the grounds weren't fully established as a cemetery? The bungalow was never party to the cemetery planning - only the 4 acres, listed in the SS loan particulars surrounding it. I read that as staff the first time, seemed a bit harsh

It would seem only fair to hold off until they were officially in default.

savingstream . RE: pipeline loans, you already have PBL's 19, 42 and 57, i know its minus the "0" , but to avoid confusion, wouldn't it be better to assign unique PBL's until the older ones have paid up.
