There does not appear to be any vehicular access to the rear to provide additional parking. Unless parking at the front can be increased I doubt this will get pp. Number 31 did, which i'm guessing is the other side of the semi-detached block Number 31 was converted into only 2 flats, so parking not an issue. I imagined that the borrower was going for a larger number, as 2 flats won't be worth much more than the house. But anyway it seems there is a lot of room at the front.

I won't hold my breath for any allocation much bigger than a half-sucked, lint-covered Werther's Original and a dog-eared supermarket receipt. £230? Way too much... more like £220.

PBL139 going live tomorrow. I don't see any mention of a PBL138 anywhere - did I blink and miss it? Is someone at SS superstitious about that number?

The house is 130m2. 70 downstairs, 60 upstairs. That's not going to make two flats per storey.

There’s not much wriggle room in it though, perhaps it should be amount and time of release? Think you’re probably safe from me as I don’t win these things, but I’ll go for £210 Come on savingstream, I know you don’t need to be anymore popular, but you could give us a break from all those captcha’s, and as the most profitable P2P platform in “the known universe” surely you can stretch to a chocolate or two
