The Great Bookham valuation is definitely now there is there any documents? Yes, the valuation! Click on the link (from the Pipeline Loans list) to open the PDF [Looks like you have to be on the Desktop site to see it]

New biggun in Exeter listed with a new "series" number. £8.5M DFL001. 10 detached houses @ £850k each. Obviously not in the burnt house lane area of town.

If there is i must be doing something wrong Go to savingstream.co.uk/loans/pipelineIf you have the "tile" layout, boxes per loan rather than a table, switch to the table view - click on the  icon, top right of the page body. You should see seven columns, the last is "Valuation". There are seven loans listed. Five have the valuation cell empty. Hull has an icon in it, and Great Bookham has the same icon in it.  Click on Great Bookham icon. You should be taken to savingstream.co.uk/valuations/val_162.pdf

You need to be on the list view. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on top right of the pipeline loan page

If there is i must be doing something wrong im the same but imn probably looking in wrong place When I look at the Pipeline Loans page -- using Firefox, Windows 7 -- the rightmost column is labelled "Valuation" and there's a clickable symbol on both the Hull and Great Bookham lines that takes me directly to the valuation PDFs. If, instead, I click on the loan names and go to the pages for each individual loan, only the Hull loan shows any links to documents. PS. Oops! Beaten by three other postings! I'm particularly impressed by adrianc's comprehensive reply.

Thanks can now see how to get this information, looing at this it looks as if the house loan would be first up rather than the hull one.
