No details yet, but four equal sized tranches of land 70% LTV £1.750m have appeared in the pipeline. I have a problem with the pre-funding settings for these new additions to the pipeline. Tranche A appeared with pre-funding set to zero, while the other three tranches appeared with pre-funding set to the 'default' amount set at the top of the Pipeline page. Is it just me? Did anyone else have a problem? My pre-funds were all fine. A 4 tranches had my pre-fund limit

As one tranche, it'd be a big loan - their largest to date - sure, but not exactly by a country mile. £7m vs two live/one pipeline in the ~£5m range and a pipeline of £5.6m.

Morning All,
an update will hopefully go out this afternoon. The market is just waking up after the holidays, and the pipeline starting to look very healthy towards the end of Jan.

I often wonder what happened to all the boaty loans Lendy used to do during their "startup" period. Maybe they keep those to themselves? Even MT don't seem to have picked them up ..... Maybe its time for SS first Managed Portfolio (Boats)? Considering the demand here they could group tiddlers to sizable loans and dump on SS

Interesting that the 4 X 250 acres of Bedfordshire farmland is accompanied by a pretty picture of Buckinghamshire countryside.
(Identified five hours later as the Vale of Aylebury, by David Martyn Hughes.)

Somewhere near Tenterden. If thats your answer. Are you cheating? No idea where it actually is but thats the right county Just how many photos of fields on the internet do you look at? There are other things on there you know (Besides boats, bananas, beer & P2P)

There are other things on there you know (Besides boats, bananas, beer & P2P) At every opportunity (but not with bots). SS have always been fairly "free" with their image supply policy (e.g. the boats), so I tend to look. They just lift any picture from the internet which is vaguely appropriate (while ignoring copyright/photographer attribution requests). The photographer for the Bedfordshire loans is David Martyn Hughes - and he says it is Buckinghamshire (he seems to do a lot in the Turville area and The Ridgeway). We'll get real pics in the documents later I expect. Edit: 19:34 The image by David Hughes is of the Vale of Aylesbury.

HAL wasn't evil as such, he was just completely amoral, and badly programmed.
