I think a good dose of laxative is required If we wanted to invest in the results of that, then we'd be putting money into Fresh Compost... Excellent,I've got some loan parts in anaerobic digestors

I was glancing at the valuation for P*gh Care Home. The valuation is on behalf of Montello. This confuses me - aren't Montello the people behind LendInvest?

"The property was inspected on 29th January 2015" My initial reaction was "Blimey, that was only Friday - that was quick..." - then I remembered something...

Well the Inspection was done on 29 January 2015, so I'm guessing that the borrower was looking for a loan at that time (via Montello) and for some reason it never materialised. Now they have approached Lendy, they just handed them the previous valuation to work from. I would guess that Lendy will be organising their own up to date valuation, as 12 months is a long time.

Click on the three horizontal grey bars at the top right of the pipeline loans page (see my attachment) to get the list format. The valuations are in the last column. Click and download. Attachments:

Anyone who is registered with Montello (Lendinvest) who can have a look? Nothing on the Current loans list, and nothing on the recently sold. Doesn't show pending loans though. My guess is the project stalled last year, and now the borrower is playing the field

At this rate there will be more pipeline loan than actual loans!

Well finally received an update e mail from SS and loads in the pipeline and pre pipeline ! looks like we will have a busy Feb and if even half of these come off I can see us moaning because we CAN'T sell things on the SM!!!

I don't know if I am missing something but doesn't having a pipeline leave a platform wide open to other bridging lenders beating them to the loan? And if they aren't beaten to it, should we be worried? There are like 100 bridging lenders these days (not to mention 1000's of brokers) - most at much cheaper than 18% and many aggressively looking to expand
