This could be a double bluff; I mean you wouldn’t confess to be one surely.....

If an estate agent, an accountant and a solicitor all jumped off the roof of a six storey building, which one would hit the ground first? Who cares!!

Ah, but what if we increased the field and made it an estate agent, a solicitor, an accountant, a banker and a politician???

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

re Ebbw Vale
"a B & Q situated within the subject site".
If I read between the lines correctly whoever spent £2.5m on remediation sold part of the site to B&Q (or their landlord), so their loss (if any) won't be the full difference between £2.5m and £145,000.

re Biggleswade
Looking at the map, there's scope for new development north of the town (Furzenhall Farm) as well as east of the town.
The location is wrong on tranches B and C. I'm not sure that it's completely accurate for A and D, but identifying farm boundaries from maps is unreliable.

There are some significant inconsistencies in the data...
Clicking on Tranches A, B, and C, all bring up a Property Summary referring to Tranche C.
The maps on three of the descriptions (A, C, & D) show a 'dagger' in/near Biggleswade which is consistent with the words. But the map at the bottom of the Tranche B description is in a completely different place, showing the A11 and A1307, which I think puts it in Cambridgeshire.

If I remember rightly they updated the overviews of the Bedfordshire loans on Friday evening, when a lot was happening on the pipeline page. Also if my memory serves me well; before Friday none of the pipelines had any sort of overview, so SS have done quite a few them in a short amount of time. I think they took on some of our feedback on this very thread and went through and added some overviews. However in their haste have defiantly made some errors, so let’s wait until next week to see if these errors get corrected before we start complaining ! Also we should definitely wait until we get valuation reports before we start to dissect pipeline loans.

Have two loans evaporated from the top four of the pipeline in the last 24 hours?
Does anyone know what percentage of entries to the pipeline make it to completion?
I don't dare blink.

The boatyard due for renewal on FS was one of them, hopefully means the borrower is close to coughing up the interest to renew. Can't remember the other.
edit; was a reply to GS, but OG got in the way.

There were two boatyards. I seemed to have the impression that they were the same borrower but I can't remember why. Edit: I think OG is enjoying disrupting this conversation
