Writing off this loan too soon could prove a grave mistake

This does look a risky undertaking but at least it's in the dead centre of town
But I bet there will be a few dying to get into it.
Still, it's their funeral.

If you hades loans and you can't styx it, you may find that it will take it's toll and could be hell if you are looking for an early exit.

Attractive prospect - nice quiet neighbours. I'm in, not quite yet though.

Apologies for breaking the puns thread, but ..
Reading the details on this, I am a little confused. Exit is supposed to be by refinance (B Bank), but then it goes on to say the borrower is sure they can sell enough plots to pay off the loan within the period (that's quite a lot of plots!) .. so which is it supposed to be?! There's nothing like a good clear exit strategy, and this is ...... 8>.

Does anyone know the mortality rate round those parts? Nope. The issue is would people pay 15k for a 50 year lease? Maybe they would for a 200 year lease, but after 50 years, you are dug up and pit in the bins(non recyclable)

Well everybody has got to die sometime, its just a case of where they (being your loved ones, or not so loved ones) put you. Sadly many football grounds stopped their ash scattering service years ago. And whilst for £15k I might consider being scattered at Anfield, £15k for a 50 year plot in Essex is extortionate! There is hallowed ground, and then there is really hallowed ground
