New PBL pipeline loan. Industrial Estate in Fife, £2.45m loan against £3.75m valuation - 65% LTV. Straight in at stage 3. A quick look online and I can't find the borrower (who is indicated in the valuation report). Misspelt? Or so new that's they have yet to be registar on the companies house database? There's a property firm registered in Perth. Instead of M***ay G****f**** Ltd, try M***in G****f**** Ltd. Newish company, registered Dec 2014. Only one director - and he changed in Jan this year. So I'm not sure the Ltd is going to give us a lot of traction for DD. Looks like a shell/SPV. That one director has a lot of other activities, though, mostly in the property sector by the look. Googling his name finds strong links to a construction firm that describes itself as family-run and the largest building contractor in the (not terribly wide) area. A "one-stop shop", apparently.

This company was incorporated 4/12/14. The previous owners of the property went into liquidation 18/12/14, coincidence?

They do seem to fit the bill, but not going to speculate on any information until we're provided concrete confirmation. Does make you wonder; if the valuation company can't spell the applicant's name correctly... then what other details they have overlooked, or just plain got wrong...

This cemetery is somewhat concerning to me. I find it a bit confusing as it seems like a terrible investment but surely SS must have some faith in it? I'm staying resoundingly out of that one.

The valuation on the new Fife industrial pipeline loan, seems a bit vague.
I don't know I Iike this loan or not.
