That's last August... A lot has happened since then. But has anything positive re. getting some of our money back happened to us investors since then? It doesn't appear so.

Whatever money comes in from lenders is not going out again to us until that's resolved. : Is it fair to presume you meant to write "borrowers" instead of "lenders"?
